This is probably one of the best subways that I have had the occasion to order from. Although it is a very busy subway, you... will never wait in line for more than a minute or so because they're very good at what they do and well-staffed. Normally I have a good experience with this Subway. I'm not sure if the pandemic or what. The attitude I just was given, to me... is unacceptable. I chose to walk out. Why are employees feel so bold to get fly, smart and/or just down right mean. For the mostpart everyone hates their job. That's why you get paid. Who would want to deal with the public unless you got paid. As customer,I don't owe you anything except the money for the transaction. Can management do a better job in who you hire. Please. Subway is a great place to go when it comes to sub sandwiches for the price they charge. I only give this particular store three... stars because all of the other subways give six pieces of meat and cheese on their twelve inch sub, this place did not. I do not recommend this place at all! Careful giving your card information over the phone! Wednesday I forgot my wallet at home.... I was in cleveland and needed lunch so I called to order subway and the insisted i use a card over the phone so I gave them allmy information to my card for order.this account I really only use as a savings and have only ever used for a few in personpurchases and never once online or the phone before. When i got to the store he never put in my card information he just wroteit down on the paper with my order so I ended up paying with another payment. Early the next morning someone used my card for anonline store purchase of over $1,400. Luckily my Bank flagged it. the man at subway was the only person who ever had access toany of my card information as it was only a week old and I had card in my possession at all times except the one time herequired I give him all the information. Shout out to Subway on E. 200th. The only reason I went was because my wife made me, but the guy took care of me after... somebody's grandma let bacon from another customer's sandwich touch my bread. I had to cut it off. But he apologized and made itright. They also had seafood. Good for pescatarians that are tired of eating the VegiMax patty. Read more
