Ate there day before , great, went back sat. 4 am prior to bass tournament, THEY WOULD NOT SERVE US. SAID they fixing to clean.... Would not even give us a time they would be serving. Call 22 fellow fishermen who were coming to eat before tournament not tocome. So guess waffle house was big loser, that day. Ate here two days prior and everything was fine. Got here at 430 this morning and said they couldn't serve us food or coffe.... That they were about to clean. Good food but not able to get it. Read more

We were in there about 2:00 a.m. on Sunday July 17th after a Saturday night a fishing. The crew of four worked together to take... care of our needs like no waffle House crew I have ever seen. I have visited Waffle Houses all over the South and I enjoy it.But I've never given a waffle House a five star review. This review is all about this four-person crew. And even one of them wasa new hire. Someone,who wasn't our server, came and took our drink orders. Our server came right after and took our food order,the other crew member bought our drinks and then our server came back to check on us. The third server, who was not our server,walk by and saw my tea glass was empty and offered to get me more tea. Our orders arrived perfectly cooked. About 2 minutes intoeating the cook stepped to the counter so that we can hear him at our table and ask us if our food was cooked to our liking.Service like this went on throughout our entire dining experience. In an age where it's difficult to even get people to show upfor work it was a very pleasant surprise to see people with this work ethic and this pride of service working at 2:00 a.m. on aSunday morning. I went on a Wednesday about 9 pm the girl said ?we?re closed!? ???? went again on a Wednesday they were open 24 hours. So if... they would get their workers and hours right, id give them all stars. The food was great for me. I ate all of it. Read more

We stopped in here on our way home from Auburn. We were informed by Brian that they were not taking any dine in orders only to... go orders. So we asked why out of curiosity because there were at least 5 employees behind the counter and no customers seated.We were told because they were behind and if we didn't like it we could carry our business elsewhere. He also stated that he wasgoing to have the cop who was sitting inside the store close the store and not let anyone come in for 30 minutes when theyfinished those to go orders. Seriously some of the rudest customer service I've experienced. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELYRUDE. Read more
