Got a salad tonight and it was good. Don't know what was going on in Eufaula tonight but this place was packed inside and out.... They had plenty of crew but I don't know that they were being managed well because trash was overflowing and the milkshake areawas a complete mess (see picture). There were very busy but my personal feeling is the people were not handled well to take careof the store and keep it clean. Read more
Grabbed a bag of burgers and fries. Had cookies and cream and the cheesecake sopapilla shakes. Food and shakes we had were ?ok?... but all around it was a great value. Also has a small food store that has mainly branded items and a small variety of generalgrocery items. Read more

We were passing through town on a hot day, and I waited a solid 20 minutes for one ice cream cone. Its a small town so there... weren't many choices, but I would not recommend it at all. There was apparently only one employee taking orders, and I will saythat she was very nice and tried her best. Other staff were wandering around even with a line of customers forming, and I'm notsure what they were doing because ticket times were all blinking red on the screen. The store itself was not well kept withjunk around and caution/slipping hazard signs all over. There were flies buzzing around, it smelled poorly, and I really wouldquestion health safety. I do understand that they are probably short staffed like so many other places, but this was not the wayto take care of your restaurant, staff, and customers. Very disappointed experience. Once again, given partial order, asked to pay and pull over to await the rest I don't mind a short wait. I was thankful for my... milkshake and fry's while I waited for the bag of burgers. I had requested no cheese add Mayo-so I expected it to be a few,right? It was 8min. And I was out of the lot before digging in the bag. My wait had awarded me a cheese burger, no mayo. Noteven in the bottom of the bag . Nope. Not sure why messed up orders even happen here. Your order is repeated when ordered, whenyou pay and usually when you are handed the bag. But my experience has been - if you are asked to pull over and wait- check thebag before you leave - you may not have what you ordered. Especially this Braum's . Read more

My family stopped there for dinner and bathroom break and Billy took our order and he was very nice and good customer service.... The food was delicious too. We ordered chicken strip dinner with mint chocolate chip shake. I definitely recommend this Braums. Read more
Why do I continue to go to Braum's? No matter which one I go to they are dirty & look at the uniforms of the people behind the... counter covered in ice cream, food or whatever. I asked for a cup of ice when I ordered 2 ice creams & wad charged $1.25 for asmall cup of ice. The woman never told me was a fee & if she had I would have said nevermind. I looked at my receipt & saw thecharge afterwards. At least give the customer an option. Read more
