The staff is super friendly but they RARELY put condiments in the bag. I ordered mozzarella sticks...no marinara. Also Cinnabon... snacks...no icing to dip in. This happens more often than not. Read more

Terrible service, didn't look very busy. We finally ordered after 10 minutes of waiting, gave our 2 drink order, heard nothing... back on cost or verifying our order, so we left. Read more

The car hop provided excellent service with a smile. The order was delivered promptly. Clean parking lot ? spotless, really. The... whole team did a great job! I highly recommend this Sonic drive-in located in Eufaula, Oklahoma. While it is true that it costsa bit more to eat here than at McDonald's, the delicious food and service are worth it. It seems to be hit and miss with this sonic. Go during the day & you are usually going to get great quality food. Go at night &... it's a coin toss. They usually get our order wrong more times than right. Tonight I ordered a medium onion ring and seriously,there were 5! Five! FIVE! 5 onion rings! Like seriously!? It's expensive enough to eat there so can we stop getting shorted! Read more
Not a bad place to go to for drinks and a burger,employee consistency does seem to be a problem from time to time.
