I asked my wife to get me a sub . There was a young lady and a young man working they both were very rude to her I just had hip... replacement or I would have went back up there they both need to be fired there is no reason why a kids working there shouldtalk to people the way they do . I was there about 3 mouth ago and it was the same way I said I will never go back now theytalked to my wife that way good thang I am still sick or I would have been back up there. I see all the others saying the samethang I will never go back I go to loves the treat people with respect every time I have been there . This place needs to get the act together. We got there about 6:30. Two and half hours before closing. They informed me I... couldn't get a Meatball sub because it has already been put up for the night. I decided to just order something else for myfamily instead of arguing and I asked about cookies and they said they have already been put up for the night but I can see themin the same thing the bread is in. They didn't want to open that door and grab them like they did with the bread. As I waspaying a women behind me wanted some soup and they told this lady the soup is already up for the night but they could sell herthe frozen soup in the bag and she can take it home to microwave or go to the other Subway. Dude seriously. I never give reviews but this place needs shut down. Good thing there's a clinic next door in case you get food... poisoning. It's a bunch of untrained kids making food with no management. Bread not done and meatballs cold. Not eating thereagain. Heads up guys go to the subway down the street in the loves store. I just called this location (7:47pm) asking about picking up cookies threw the drive threw and was told she is closing?. I knew... I could make it there before what I assumed her closing time was (8pm) so I asked her again if I could pick up cookies in thedrive threw if I made it before she closed at 8. She said no bc she is closing right now. After looking this location up to makethis review it clearly states they are open h til 9pm. WOW I guess packaging up some cookies is to much work. With the staff some times it's pick a choose, but the food is always good. And this is the second subway in my travels to use... the eat in baskets. Was even nice enough to split my meal which I was sharing. Keep up the good work! Read more
The place was clean and the service was good.
Ordered online and had coupons nowhere online to add coupons. And store offered no help even with the number posted on the front... door tried to cancel, so I?d just order in person and save $24. No answer, sent to voice mail, couldn?t leave message. I askedif for the confusion and headache if I might have a complementary drink, on the house. The two workers just stared blankly,after a good minute of silence told me, ?your orders over there, thanks have a nice day!!? Costumer satisfaction isn?t a highpriority at this location apparently, just go a mile down the road to the Loves station,Subway and Godfather pizza inside, andmake sure to give a shout out to Erica & Zac over there.
