Staff is so nice and personable! The burritos can vary in size a bit depending on the day but they are always tasty and fast.
First time diner. Ordered a breakfast burrito with NO CHEESE. Was asked extra cheese? Had to reiterate NO CHEESE!! Took them 1... second to drop it through the window which immediately made me skeptical. Got home and cut it in half. The burrito was cold andfull of unmelted cheese. I have a dairy allergy and can?t have cheese. Called and told them what happened and wanted a refund.They said I could come back and get another one. Come back and get another cold wrong burrito? No thanks. Will not be comingback. Fix your service. Just as bad as everywhere else nowadays. No one cares about customer service anymore. Rated one staronly because you can?t rate zero stars. Your phone number is listed wrong! I called some random person who knew the phone number of a different location (Springfield) ... How long has this been going on??? I would give 5 stars for the very friendly service and good food, however I have to deduct 2 stars for the management/owners... that apparently doesn't care about the safety of their employees. While waiting at the window an employee fell straight on theirface from a leek in equipment that seeps onto the floor. I asked "is he ok?!" the coworker said no, and she went to help him. Iasked if they have mats on their floor and she said no because the management got rid of them because they were so old and didnot replace them. I told them to call management and let them know that a coworker fell and injured himself from malfunctioningequipment that has been reported and nothing is done about it. It upsets me so much that these employees work in a fish bowl ofa drive through and the people who own it can't even keep it up to date, safe and in working condition for their hard workingstaff. So, this review is an SOS to the management and owners to get their s*it together or I will report them to the OR Dept ofHealth. Great customer service and drinks! The ladies at the stand are super nice. I love the set up. It?s like a coffee stand with a... drive up and walk up window. I got the carne asada tacos and they are loaded, well worth the price. Only complaint is they don?thave limes and the carne was a little dry. Overall, loved the experience and would come back! Worst bfst burritos tastes like white people made them. might add some ketchup while your at it. Nothing tastes Mexican here.
