They apparently don't answer the phone any long. Quite convenient since they made me a half salad. This has happened several... times now and we won't be back. Sad, because we used to eat there often. Tried calling 3 times and there's only a message abouthow to order online etc. After writing this last night I went to eat my expensive half salad and the chicken was very fatty andI literally had to go through each piece and remove the fat. My son's large huli huli was a medium at best. Mac salad was sofull of mayo he couldn't eat it. Chicken was dry and also very fatty. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here. Read more
Waiting in a long line thru drive thru. Speaker was broken. Employee took orders on paper walking down line. We paid for our... order and drove 20 minutes to destination. Unfortunately the order was totally wrong and we don't eat pork so we shared asingle order. Oh I should mention they had propped the back door open and you could see the filthy prep area and flies inside. Would NOT recommend eating there. Read more
Delicious! I love the pork in particular?juicy and flavorful. Same price as a plate at Panda Express but tastes way better and I... love to support a local spot. Dining room is a little barren, but I think they may be in the middle of a remodel?? Doesn?tmatter, I?m not here for the decor. Read more
Been going to this location for years last few times only got 1 sauce per person... Tonight was the worst ever broccoli not even... cooked only got 1 sauce per person... Even though we tipped and requested EXTRA sauce the Mac was bland and waterd down... And Ionly got maybe 4 pieces of chicken and mushrooms in my order and I specifically asked for no mushrooms !! I always tip I'malways nice but the last few times I've been there the food has been bland... And the window person was distant and on anotherplanet.... Will not be going back this location would rather go out of my way to go to a different Hawaiian restaurant. Read more
The best macaroni salad in the Eugene area. The meats are always delicious and cooked very well. Decent value for money spent.
This was my first time at this location. I didn't realize they have a drive thru. On this particular day it was extremely... convenient for me because I had my dog with me and didn't want to leave him in the car. The staff were very friendly and theservice was fast. I always get and recommend the large #3 (teriyaki chicken and steamed rice) with extra meat because I knoweither way I'm going to have leftovers so might as well make it lunch and dinner. Now that I know they have a drive thru (unlikemost every other hawaiian time) I'm sure to return. I was starving and now have a real mission accomplished feeling ???????? Read more
