Always an extremely long wait on pickup and deliver orders, seems like the workers stand around and waste time.
Went in for a three Philly order, and two of the three subs were incorrect, granted yes it was busy, but none the less the food... was still good just please be more attentive of orders. Read more
0/10 experience. I placed a pickup order that said it would be ready by 6:19. I had my partner go pick up the meal as they were... bringing it to me on my lunch break. When he went in to get it they had not even started the sandwiches. More customers (a groupof four) that were walk ins were served before my sandwiches were even made. When it was brought up to the people at the counterhe apologized and replied with a ?yeah I know I?m sorry, can I get you a drink.? No explanation, no nothing. Wow this place has gone downhill. Used to be the best sandwich shop in town where they piled on the meats. Now? Last 3... sandwiches have had barely any meat on them, I suspect they?ve cut back due to rising costs but I?m not going to be paying $16for chips, drink and a sandwich with almost no meat on it. It's a nice perk for your Birthday. This Sub was a California Club & wasgood. The drink was Stubborn brand Vanilla cream soda, from their fountain. I bought a little bag, of Miss Vickie's SmokehouseBBQ kettle type chips. So once I bought the little bag of chips, my Birthday meal was $1.59. My Sub was HUGE & made exactlythe way I asked. Please do consider trying Jersey Mike's, for the other 364 days of the year, not just for your free Birthdaymeal. They have very delicious Cheesesteaks too!! Read more

Best jersey Mike's yet! The gals were very quick and attentive to out needs. They listened well and the outcome of our lunch... change was fantastic. This is my first time ever leaving a review for anything. My husband, son and I stopped for lunch today? it was a complete... disappointment. The soda machine broke and it dumped a piece of the plastic into my cup. The soda was out of the syrup. Thegrill was apparently ?too backed up? to make my husbands sub. They were out of the cheese that needed to be cut? and refused tocut more. They gave my son the wrong sandwich. Then they OVERCHARGED us by $20.
