Wow! The girl at the window right now is very rude. The prices have gotten way too expensive. There is no butter or huny for the... biscuits. The biscuits are dry and nasty. They forgot my chicken breast in our bucket. The coleslaw was dry tonight. $60 downthe drain! We will never be back. Let me suggest Albertsons chicken. Way better and costs lots less. Read more
You would think that if an employee makes $17 an hour, that they would be nicer, well definitely not the case. In her voice,... (over the menu speaker box), she sounded annoyed. We drive up to the window, no smile nothing, and just announces our total. Wewaited 5 minutes for our food, she opens the window, gives the food and then smiles, and states "have a nice day". My fiance andI get home, unpack the food, and I had ordered a Mac and cheese bowl combo. Well, there were no fries in the order, so I calledthe location, mentioned there were no fries, so she stated well when u come back thru drive thru, we will give u a SMALL friesor comeback tomorrow and we will give u them, but NO REFUND. SO TECHNICALLY PAY FOR A COMBO AND GET CHEATED OUT OF FOOD, and usemore gas. No apology from her whatsoever. Never will return to KFC, especially at that location. Quality of chicken and food hasgone down hill. If Colonel Sanders were still alive, he would be mighty disappointed in the food and service that was hired onto do. Read more

They need to reopen their dine in option. Take home fried chicken is not going to happen with me, turns soggy. Need to catch... with the times as, they seemed to be happy with previous covid customer treatment! Read more
franchise location that has a couple of issues. 1. inconsistent hours, this place seems to close way earlier than posted a... lot 2. this location has higher prices than other KFC locations, heck so much so that a roommate of mine who traveled for springbreak told me that an KFC location that was in an airport on his trip had lower prices. The chicken was the absolute worst. Very greasy, and without the salt, it would not have had any flavor at all. I left it in the... parking lot. I figured that the grease would reseal the asphalt. Read more
Aside from a few times we've had really great service here, some of the best fried chicken I've had in a while.
