I love this restaurant! This is my go to when I want to order Asian food. The portions are generous, the staff is polite, nice,... and helpful. The food is delicious and tastes fresh! The best part is they are open again for dine in patrons! I would mostdefinitely come back to this restaurant and recommend it to anyone over any other Asian food restaurant in town. Read more
I'm frankly SHOCKED to see so many positive reviews (some of them recent). I LOVED them 10+ years ago but the quality of their... food is so abysmal that you would be more inclined to find a tastier meal in the dumpsters outside of Fred Meyers down thestreet. I ordered the Egg Foo Young for myself. It was 95% breading, almost no filling, with the smallest amount of gravy I haveever received with this dish. It was barely enough gravey to cover each patty. Every other restaurant that I have purchased thisdish from provides ample gravy. There is no excuse for this. If they can't provide one of the main ingredients of a dish, thenmaybe they should consider shutting themselves down. The rest of the food was similarly inedible. This used to be my favorite place but not anymore! The sweet-and-sour sauce was not put in straight in the bag and it leaked and... I did not notice until I got into my hotel room. It was such a mess! They gave me no silverware to eat it with, the barbecuedpork is dried out, the food is not the quality it used to be! The service is definitely not the service I used to get before thepandemic, and it's the same ladies. The quality of food and service is not there anymore! You can't sit inside and eat unlessyou're eating out of a togo container they said. There are so many other choices of restaurants I could have gone to and I chosethem tonight. This restaurant used to be my favorite place. Not any more.since the pandemic they have been take out only and they still are!!!... I can't understand that. Their food is decent.they only have one person taking orders and sometimes you wait. You very seldomsee only one or two cars there picking up an order.i asked them when are you going to open again and all i get is a shrug of theshoulders. Not good in my opinion. Read more
Food was good. They were very fast. Prices on their website don't match what they really charge. My order online was 39.75, and... when I picked it up the actually price was 70.75. Pretty big difference. They just need to update their website. Other thanthat, it was good. Read more
I've been going to Lok Yaun for years. I have never had a bad experience. The food has always been excellent and made to... order. The prices are high (especially if you foolishly order from places like Grubhub, where you'll pay about $5 more perplate), so I recommend ordering from them directly or (better yet) dine in. The service is friendly and fast, and you'll walkout with enough left overs to make an entire meal later or the next day. Read more
