This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.. they're slow, rude, they don't put in any effort. They even blame... there customers for the mistakes they've made... I wouldn't recommend anyone come to this McDonald's... They need to fire therewhole crew and restaff with people who treat their customers right... Read more

This place used to be really good but has gone downhill. For a while, they got to be super slow all of the time (as in... consistently a 15-20 minute wait for drive thru and/or curbside). Recently, it's been more mixed. It's still slow some of thetime, but reasonably quick other times. They are also producing some extremely sloppy, unappetizing messes. For example, withall of the sauce in one spot, with 2/3 of the sauce leaking out one side all over the container and your hands and 3/4 of thesandwich dry. Another time recently we ordered one crispy chicken sandwich and one spicy crispy chicken sandwich and ended upwith two spicy sandwiches which made for one very unhappy child. Also, I have usually had good experiences with the staff here, but the last time I went there on a Friday night (9/23), the teenaged girl server was super rude to me. I've been coming herevery regularly for years, but honestly, after dealing with that super rude young woman, I haven't been back and am not sure thatI want to return. I live really close to this one but have already driven to one in Springfield rather than go here because ofmy most recent experience. Read more

I agree with the sentiment that the quality of the service a this Coburg Road location started to decline over a year ago. I use... to stop every morning until 2/5 days it was incorrect, or something I order was missing. I drop by today after the world trackevent. There was two vehicles in the drive thru. I places my order for a quarter pounder deluxe (every where else its called aHamburger) and fries. When I got to the window I was asked to pull into one of the five mobile order spots. As I sat there forover 15 minutes I watch many vehicles parade through the drive thru getting their orders filled. There are many challenges tooperating a fast food joint. I blame my experience on the lack of management, consistent training and over site, and a lack ofurgency by employees to know they are behind and picking up the pace. You want to see how it is done Coburg? Go watch how theyoperate the Springfield Mohawk Road McDonalds. Read more

I live right behind this mcdonald's. When i first moved there i was like this is cool, i live right by everything... Including... mcdonalds. It wasnt long before i realized this was the worst mcdonalds id ever been to. Literally every single time i go therethey mess up my order. That crew is incapable of taking an order correctly. And i can forgive a mistake, but when u confront amanager about the issue, they are not even polite and respectful. No apology.... Nope, you get an eye roll and an attitude. Ontop of all of the poor service, it takes 20 minutes to get a coffee. They are the worst fast food restaurant i have EVER beento. I do not recomend spending your money there. They are a franchise. Go to the one on broadway. Its not far..... Read more

Not that big of a deal but the drink I received was basically water. I should have asked for a new one but I thought the gal saw... it and went to switch the bag. It initially came out clear but she poured it and went to get a new one. It came out nearlyclear, she looked hesitant to serve it to me but she did anyways. Pretty disappointed but this Mickey dees is usually on point. Read more

Crazy expensive. Over $8 for a Buttermilk Chicken sandwich, not a combo just the item or 5.80 for a Big Mac. Where are we NYC? I... ordered a McGriddle for 3.80 and it was only slightly warm. The employees were friendly and I appreciated that. Go to anotherMcDonald's and it will be cheaper and the food will probably be warm. Edit: I traveled to the McDonald's locations on River Rd,Broadway/Franklin, and 7th Street to verify the price difference. Big Macs are 4.40 at the other locations and ButtermilkChicken sandwiches are only 4.90... $3 less at the other locations! I will add the pictures I took of the menus at the otherlocations so you can compare. Also to be fair it appears the breakfast items are priced the same as the other locations. TheBroadway location only had the breakfast screen showing but an employee was able to verify their Big Mac pricing. Read more
