I used to love McDonalds... Some Utah people bought out all the local locations and nixed breakfast. Maybe in Utah there aren't... a lot of vegetarians, but here in Oregon when they got rid of breakfast they lost a lot of customers. Please bring backbreakfast for a 5-star review. Read more
This business got in a rush when I went for the first time and not only did everyone ahead and behind me get their food before I... did, but I sat in their parking lot for 22 minutes. I've never experienced this before with a fast food restaurant. I justdidn't understand why it took me walking inside to ask for my food for them to finally give it to me. Read more
I?ve never had a problem with this location, and out of the two 24hour McDonald?s nearby I usually much prefer River road over... Gateway. Tonight as always gateway McDonald?s line was backed out to the street, so you?d imagine my dismay when I drove all theway in the opposite direction to River road McDonald?s only to find this very unacceptably presented spicy chicken sandwich?whenI said ?extra spicy sauce? I hadn?t anticipated the order taker wouldn?t use their common sense and either notify me of theexcess sauce this sandwich usually already has or put the extra on the side instead! They forgot my kids chocolate milk when I live cities away and expect me to drive back and get them, OR to just get them next... time I remember when I'm in town. Won't do refund. Also they left me on the phone without any notice when they went to get ahigher up person. I?ve never had a case of food poisoning from any McDonald?s nor have I ever had a case of food poisoning this severe. Due to how... immediate it was and the feeling of razor blades running through my stomach my only conclusion is that some sort of chemicalcross contamination took place with sanitation water or something. The inside is super nice, a good combination of classic and modern McDonald's.
The food is almost always fresh or freshish, the staff are always welcoming but there are a lot of high school students at lunch... during the week days that it can suck. Read more
