I come here maybe about monthly for lunch, always get the same thing. Went in today and asked for sauce after I got my order... because when I ask before hand it never gets put in the bag so I learned to ask at the end. The snagged tooth girl at the foodwindow told me they charge 25 cents for every sauce unless you get a 10 piece meal. Wouldn?t even give me ketchup. Asked whenthat started and she condescendingly told me for over a year. If that?s the case the owner of this franchise is the cheapest intown, don?t know of any other locations that do that. And to snaggle tooth, get a better job with your friends building dams. Read more

I swear to Jesus this location trains their staff to throw the big Mac against the wall before serving it. Every god d*** time I... order one it looks like Hiroshima in a paper box. Not to mention the dining room has been closed for 2 years, didn't Biden saythe pandemic is over or something? Indeed, it was a rather horrible experience but especially rather annoying Last night, I ordered 10 pieces of nuggets and wide... French fries, but when I came to search for my order that I put the mobile app, I realized that the doors were closed. I wasslightly knocking at the door so that someone could open my teenagers working there all ignored me. Thinking they might nothave noticed me, I called. In fact, the employee I was talking to on the phone was so harsh. While being calm, I explained myproblem to her, however, she responded consistently with a rather condescending tone. It hurt me so much that I shocked itbecause I had just spent more than an hour waiting for my order. Truthfully, I hope that in the future the manager will takeadequate and drastic measures to ensure that this kind of experience does not happen to others. Read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never had such terrible service. I ordered through the app and it did not end well. I... ordered a large Big Mac meal. First, my drink was ?left behind,? luckily the guy working curbside was on it and quickly got mydrink for me. Second, I discovered that I was missing my Big Mac, on my large Big Mac meal?.. When I tried to go inside all thedoors were locked, which seemed strange when there were several people inside including a couple groups of teenagers. I was ableto get inside when one of the teenagers walked out. The doors were locked before closing..? I then waited at the counter onlyfor the girl to ignore me and to let two of her friends inside and behind the counter before even looking at me. Only when shewas letting a second person in did she say ?I?ll take your order in just a minute.? When she came back to the counter this girlsaid awkwardly, ?did you order?? I said, ?actually I just came through curbside pickup and it looks like you guys forgot my BigMac on my large Big Mac meal.? This girl rips the receipt I had for my order out of my hands, crumples it in her hands, gives mean intense stare and says, ?ohhh okay, let me grab that for you.? She then took the Big Mac that appeared to have been sittingin their ?bay,? aggressively shoved it into a bag, and says, ?I?m sure there?s a Big Mac in there.? What the heck? Does she evenknow what she?s putting in the bags, or does she just think her job is to place items in bags. Because a robotic arm wouldprobably do a better job and be able to read the box? I?ve never been so mistreated at a McDonald?s in my life. That is no wayto treat members of your community. That counter ?person? has their priorities out of whack.
