Worst customer service I?ve had to deal with. Lady taking order?s didn?t ring up any of my food correctly. Was asked to park and... had the wrong food brought to us after waiting 15 minutes for just a few items while everyone else got parked and still managedto get their order. Not to mention we got the wrong size drinks of course, told the employee then she takes my receipt anddoesn?t come back. I eventually have to go in the store and ask where my food and receipt went ladies acted clueless. Finallygot my food and they were still missing multiple items. Definitely don?t recommend going to this location, ever. They?reextremely slow and don?t put their customers needs first. Read more
They have no idea what they are doing here, orders messed up, managers don?t know what?s going on and everyone tells you... something different. Completely disorganized, just go somewhere else or at least a different McDs. Read more
Despite showing up in the thick of the lunch hour, I still got my food in about a minute flat. Not only was it hot but the... cheese was even melted all nice and it looked just like the picture of it on the menu. On top of all that, the service was topnotch friendly. They have good coffee. It's fairly hot, though. You have to make sure you request your crabs and sugars separate, if ordering... more than one coffee, though. Of course, they won't tell you that you have to, not do yourself a favor, and just do it! LoLOther wise, you may find yourself with the total amount for ask coffees, combined, I'm each cup! (Yikes!) So we had to wait a. Hour for our food, first of all they didn?t hear one of our orders for medium fries, secondly they added... mayonnaise instead of Mac sauce to the crispy chicken sandwich. Overall bad service and took way too long. Read more
Half the time, the ice cream machine ain?t working. Half the time, diet/other drinks aren?t available. Sometimes they?re open at... X time, others at Y time, even if the sign states they always open at Z time. Staff have always been nice and pleasant, but Ican tell with ease that this location is headed downhill. I would not be surprised if the W 6th McDonald?s wasn?t still here ona year or two. Otherwise, quality is still good and I?ve rarely had an issue with orders. Of note, I only ever order from theapp (or the kiosk if I go inside). So, I rely on what the app tells me in regard to availability of items. When it tells methey?re out of X item, I?ll generally go to a different place. Read more
