Morning staff just don't listen to the customers. Went thru the drive thru ordered a free breakfast sandwich with the app code.... They charged me 1.25 and I told them repeatedly it was supposed to be free. Went inside showed the other worker coupon and hestill told me I was wrong. Spoke to the girl who was frustrated about me coming back just for 1.25 would only agree to give me adollar back. I know 1.25 isn't much to them but I'm a single mother of 3 kids living pay check to paycheck. Read more
Asked for a sausage egg mcmuffin no cheese, given one with cheese. Immediately went back to replace. Was given just an egg... mcmuffin. Literally the ONLY item in our order and it took 3 tries to get it right. The crew had an attitude with us, sayingthat's what we ordered. Uhm, then why was the first sadnwhich you messed up and threw away a sausage mcmuffin? Ridiculous. Alsowhen did they start being ok with cross contamination? I don't care they took the sandwiches back, wasn't going to eat themanyways since they were messed up, I just think it's weird post-covid times they have a policy to cross contaminate and takefood back behind their counter. Fast food is always gonna be fast food, right? But lately McDonald's seems to be going downhill. Bad food occasionally, no offer... to replace bad food, but what gets me the most is the customer service has gone downhill. I'm sure, like with everything else,it's hard to get workers at All, & beggars can't be choosers, plus I know it's hard to get supplies since Covid. Read more
i came here to get my doordash order and the window cashier was being super disrespectful. the window cashier looks like the guy... from home alone. he had an attitude, and gave me the food and quickly left without saying anything. you should fire this guy. Read more
Never been a huge fan of McDonald's just because of it being so processed and fast food in general. However... the spicy deluxe... chicken sandwich is so good. Read more
Drive through often has a long line. Like most McDonald's these days a Large Fries is never truly Large. They don't open the fry... sleeves enough to make sure you get a medium. Often I end up with the equivalent of a small fry in those sleeves. 0 Read more
Gave them 1 star only because I had to. They really deserve no stars...I ordered a Big Mac meal. They gave me a filet-o-fish,... with dry cold fries, then treated me like I did something wrong. Bad service. Unfriendly, rude. Do not take responsibility whenthey make a mistake. I will never go there again. Read more
No customer service; NONE! construction happening in the parking lot so drive thru was closed. In the lobby full of customers... with no associates were helping any of them. They were too busy chatting eachother up about their work schedule! Ridiculous! Butnot surprising 5 mos ago: Went to get breakfast for family this morning ordered 2 mcgriddles, get home and no meat on sandwich,none!!! Is that something that's on the menu?
