If you are vegan, don't go here during the rush hours or you will have to ask them to slow down and make sure not to... accidentally put meat on your pizza! The toppings get mixed together due to the staff's fast and furious attempt to keepcustomers calm and happy! It would be way better if the customers let the staff know that they have permission to do a good jobeven if it takes 10 min longer to get their food! Been to several Mod Pizzas. Very solid brand, good product but this one needs some employee training. The young girl who helped... me was so interested in leaving that she paid very little attention to the toppings on my pizza. After watching her literally?throw? a very small amount of cheese on the ladies pizza in front of me, I asked her to please give me a little more cheese andpepperoni than the one she just did. She reluctantly did it but was very hurried. After finishing my pizza she hurriedly ranout the door telling the crew she was going home to take a nap. The restaurant was about disheveled as any of the ones I haveseen before. Clearly the topping holders were messed up and mixed up in some cases. I?m sure she is a great person andobviously very young so my critique is for the manager (who wasn?t there). You have some opportunity with your employees and Ihope you read this with the positive attitude of going and fixing what you need to fix and I don?t mean firing them. One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. You can have all the herb, seasonings, toppings you like, the basil and veggies very... fresh, ample, tasty. Vegan cheese and all for under $10. The staff is so playful, too and the restroom so clean, all arewonderful! Read more

I love their pizza. I was sad to see that pick up orders were made 15 minutes in advance and then left on a shelf that was not... heated. Some of the toppings on my pizza were charred black during the baking process. Super fast and friendly service. Just alittle disappointed in the quality I guess... Read more
