Delivery orders that I come to pick up are generally slow. I've been here for about 30min waiting now. There's 4-5 other drivers... here that have been waiting 15 minutes or more. One lady who's been here over 30min asked a lady about her order, she goes andprints off the receipt to barely start it. Then she went into the back and I haven't seen her for about 10-15min and so Istarted writing this review. Employees are nice and kind. But something is making these orders take much much longer than theyshould. And like I said, generally when I come here I'm waiting too long. Just this time made me write this up. Read more

This Panda is REALLY slow helping dine in customers. They will help 5 to 10 people in the drive through before they will even... acknowledge that you are standing there. The wait time for a "fast food" restaurant is abysmal. With that said it is mostlyclean and the food is good. Read more

They completely forgot about me and I sat and waited for my order for an hour while they served other people. When I was asked... to park and wait because there was no orange chicken, I was totally okay with that! I waited 20 minutes before thinking, wellmaybe I should go inside. I went inside and they ignored me. The shift lead, I am assuming, kept saying, ?Just a second,? so Iwaited and waited patiently. But they kept giving food to people who had ordered after me. I tried to get the attention ofsomeone else and they completely ignored me. Eventually I walked out of the restaurant after standing there for 20 minutes anddecided to just call them. When they answered, the person was incredibly rude and interrupted everything I said. By the time Igot my food it had been an entire hour. At that point, I was just frustrated and didn?t even want it, but I had paid and ate it.It was room temperature/slightly cold. I will not be returning to this location. Read more

Please hire and pay people fair wages. Treat them with integrity. You have a huge turn over because of awful ownership or top... management failures. I have been eating there for over 7 years and will continue to be a patron. If you ever reopen your lobbythat would be great. Its been 2 weeks. "lobby closed" You still have amazing people working there holding out loyally. Make itright for them. PAY THEM A LIVING WAGE PLEASE. Read more

An absolute dump, there are times where you will wait in the drive-through and nobody will say a word to you. And then the... employees are in the lobby talking with one another about how they are going to be promoted soon (because they can't findanybody to hire) and they pay these low skill workers +/- $20 an hour to stand around and ignore customers. It such a shamethat THIS place survived the COVID shutdown whereas good, quality, respectable local restaurants couldn't make it. And now we'releft with low skill workers ignoring customers at Panda Express making wages green chain pullers used to make not 5 years ago.Sad, Read more

Was super disappointed. My order got messed up and so I went in and got it fixed kid working was great on customer service but... it was so dry with almost no sauce. My kids 3,2, and 1. Couldn't even bite into it. Was like a stick in instead of orangechicken. Don't get me started on the honey walnut shrimp. I'm a die hard and usually love it. But this was terrible I couldn'ttell if it had sauce, and it was captain crunch. I don't know if I will ever go to this location. Or any in the Eugene areaagain........ Read more

Typically this location has good remakes from me. I have to drive for acceptable PE {My location near me is sorely lacking in... all the many skills necessary to make the food ever up to general standards but I digress} and then this happened. It was aparticularly busy day and I was feeding a few people so I ordered the family pack. As did two cars after me and we all had towait. I was the first car to pull into the waiting area. I waited 15min to be the last car delivered to when all three orderswere brought out at once. It?s not that big a deal, but as I am very upset with the quality of ?food? I was served isridiculous, So I am mentioning it. Anyways I was served one dish that had meat that was taken off the fire too soon, burnedRangoon, pics attached, and gross colored Beijing beef, literally it wasn?t even red. It was gross. I didn?t know any of thisuntil I got home. I threw it all out and ordered pizza. I am giving two stars because I have been here a few times and never hadan issue til this incident. Read more

Haven?t ate at Panda Express for a while and it sounded good but I was unfortunately met with a long wait and not so great... customer service. Honestly, that I can let go but then I drive home to junction city, open my food and see that I didn?t getone of my entrees correct. I ordered orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, with steamed veggies plate (which is now called supergreens I found) instead I got sweet fire chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and a lot of hard as rock broccoli and and a huge hardchunk of cabbage. Are they not supposed to be steamed? Anyway, orange chicken is my favorite thing there so, not getting it isfrustrating and I don?t think I?ll be returning to Panda Express again after this experience. I guess I wasn?t missing out onmuch. Read more
