We went and ordered a large gourmet vegetarian pizza, breadsticks and a family stuffed Murphies for the first time. The guy rang... it up wrong and then by the time we got home we realized this wasn't what we ordered and started to head back and called theplace. The guy proceeds to tell us that he can't replace or do anything about the mistake due to his part. All he did was offera smaller sized Chicago stuffed because they were going to throw it away that night anyways. He was very unhelpful and reallydidn't want to be there because he was so focused on leaving rather than fixing his mistake real quick. The while time we wereon the phone he could have made the correct pizza and had everything out away by the time we got there. Very bad customerservice and disappointed because he didn't try to fix his error! :( Read more
