Was in the area and ordered 1/2 high heaven & 1/2 Cowboy. The clerk repeated my order back to me on the phone and when I picked... it up. I get home and find it's a combo or something with onions. My roommate is very allergic to onions. So $12.99 went in thetrash. Not happy about it. Read more

Beyond disappointed in my order today. My partner placed an online order under Laura for 6:30. I arrived to pick up the order at... 6:30 and announced i was there for Laura. I was sat and waited for 20 minutes and then approached the desk to be told that ourlast pizza (of two) was sitting behind him on the table...and it was half made with no one actively making it. This entire timeI'm watching people come and go with their pizzas well after I arrived. It's about 6:55 now and I placed the order for 6:30 pickup at 5:43. At 7:00 he finally finishes making the pizza and sends me with just the pizzas without any of our sides drinks ordesserts. So i had to come back in to get the rest of our order. We weren't offered anything to make this right, just a halfhearted "sorry". As of now I would absolutely not recommend this place. Part of working in customer service, is knowing thatwhen you make a mistake like that, you make it right. I try not to be a Karen, but these guys were just not on it at alltonight. Read more
On top of a long wait time. Which was because they messed up my pizza even though there was nobody else but me in the store.... Which happens but when I got home and cooked it I realized that it was more like a large and not a family size I payed for. Read more
Always good and always well made. Friendly staff, I've heard good things about the owner and his treatment of the young people... who work there. Nice selection of options for toppings and crust, thin crust is my all time favorite. The Family size specialsat $10 make getting a weeknight treat a lot easier for those of us on a pension. I'd give them 11 stars, but the stars only goto five. Read more
0 Stars! This specific location does not honor the punch cards. No where does it say that they are only valid at specific... locations. I saved these cards for when family came to visit so that I could get that extra pizza (its only one topping familysize). Recently moving to Santa Clara I thought it would be nice to finally visit my neighborhood PM. Supposedly the ownerthinks it would be more profitable to just have slightly lower prices...
