Live out of town and got a pizza with white sauce. Pizza is very dry. Called to see if we could maybe get another one a... different time I even offered to take a picture to show when we come in next time we are in the area. He the manager Scott. Veryrude and unprofessional by arguing with a customer over the phone. Proceeded to mock me when in accidentally said papa murphysinstead of papa pizza. After spending $35 on a pizza that is dryer than a bone, being disrespected by the manager and notgetting a refund without driving 15 miles, we will NEVER recommend this location. Save your energy and go to coburg road. Hesaid we have never ordered because my husband put his name vs mine. Like any other papas pizza, well the one on main st in Springfield is still my best papas pizza. This one on west 11th still... have screen free playground even if surrounded by console games, is still ok. One of thw slides has a hole that they foxes withtape but other than that is ok. They even have a baby mini playground. Read more
