Ordered my food at 5:15pm. Driver couldn't find me so I get a call at 7:00 when he gets back to the store. Says he will be on... his way right now. 20 minutes later I get a text that doordash will now be delivering. So I call store she says it just left. Iasked did you atleast remake it and she wouldn't answer. Finally at 7:39 doordash gets here with cold food from almost 3 hoursago! Never again! I ordered because I'm sick and needed to feed my kids and get them to bed. Read more

Honestly I wouldn?t even give them 1 start there has been multiple time I have got pizza from here and it?s the same everytime I... ordered pizza I got a bbq pineapple chicken pizza and they FORGOT THE BBQ SAUCE like how do you forget the sauce on the pizza Iordered 6 traditional wings 11.00 and they gave me boneless wings instead which are like 8 something. They said ?we?re understaff? but like I?m paying for food I should get what I paid for. Very disappointed and won?t be going back. Read more

Will not be eating here again. I ordered a pizza a wings, easy order. came into the store 30 minutes later and was told my... pizza was just put into the oven, okay.. its busy on a Friday no big deal. Except for the fact that the wings were made by anemployee who I watched skipping the handwashing process. slightly irritated now, I continued to wait for my food for anadditional 15 minutes until I saw a different employee take a stack of pizzas and set them on top of an open trash can whilefetching a couple other things. she let the stack of pizza's rest on the open trash can before taking them out and deliveringthem. I left without my food and will not come back. If you can't wash your hands or keep food away from trash what else areyou doing or not doing. eww nasty. Read more

Placed order at 6:24pm. It arrived at 7:58pm--- 35mins over the time the online form said it would be delivered. The wings are... soggy and gross. Called the store, they offered a weak apology for being late and then hung up on me; no offer to make up forthe lateness. Horrible service. Never leave a tip online with the order- save it for if and when the delivery actually comes in. Read more

Ordered $43 worth of food at 5:28pm. Online tracker estimated 20-30 mins for delivery. These things aren?t super accurate... especially at the time I ordered, so no worries. At 1.5 hours in, I called River Rd store to check in? message said they wereclosed and to call back another day. 2.5 hours in I called my bank and filed a charge back. At 8:05pm, some guy shows up with myfood. Almost 3 hours later with no communication and no way to contact the store? I don?t think so, take your food back. Neveragain. The franchisee needs to seriously rethink how they are running their business, short staffed or not, there?s no excusefor this. Read more

Ordered my pizza before 7pm and it?s almost 9pm and it?s still hot here!! This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service!! And... then the way it came in horrible condition!! Asked guy if he got lost.. just blew my comment off! Read more

I'm a long time customer, but after last nights service and quality I'm officially boycotting you. My order was supposed to be... for delivery with a time estimate of 25mins. After an hour of waiting I checked the app to find my pizza was still in process ofbeing made. I then called the store to see what was going on and was not given a straight answer, but that my order was at theover, not in it but at it. I asked when it would be here and the person in charge told me about 20mins and I should have it. Itold them to go ahead and just hold the order at the store and I would come get it. I arrived at the store 6mins later and wastold they accidently sent my order out. They offered to cancel that order and just make me a new one and said it would be about15mins. I stepped outside for about 5mins and then went back in and was surprised to be handed my order. I even mentioned thisto the person in charge. As I was heading to the car I opened the box and was not surprised to see the original pizza cold andlifeless in the box. I confronted the person in charge about this who clearly didn't care, but did admit that is what they did.I told them that was pretty messed up since he had said he was going to make a new one, but at that point I wasn't going to waitaround any longer. When I arrived at the pizza hut parking lot for my contactless curbside pickup, I saw on my email that my pizza was ready one... minute before I arrived. I hit the button saying I was here. After no-one came out after 9 minutes I walked in to get my pizza.There was no one at the counter so I rang the bell for service. A couple minutes later a grumpy guy came out from the back andhanded me my pizza. Without saying a word he just turned his back and walked away. When I got home and opened my pizza there wasa quarter size cardboard burnt oil soaked disc on my pizza. Yuck Read more
