edit: looks like many ppl got sick from food (not surprised) or commented how dirty & gross the place is bellow me... ???? ************** gross, food rolled off tortilla on prep counter & onto the girls shirt & she just pushed it back into theburrito???? with all the world shutting down from a tiny virus...u would think ppl would LEARN! when i told the girl heruntucked shirt was hanging over the counter, touching food she was annoyed rather than grateful or even open to LEARNING....gross, u work in FOOD service!!! what all touched ur shirt before it touches the prep counter every time u make burritos? dou go on break with it? do u go to the toilet with it? do u wipe ur hands on it? did u even WASH it before comn in today? NASTYgross ppl = nasty gross place will never eat here again i would have told the manager, but she seemed too busy eating when wecame in to even serve us at least she had her shirt tucked in sorry u work in food industry, but if u can?t have SOME respectfor ur responsibility at least give a &$&$(@ about spreading ???? Easy menu and simple/reasonable price structure; walk-up and build-your-own service very similar to their pepper-named... competitor. This restaurant seems like it should be a natural fit with this downtown campus location. This was our first QDOBAlocation; we have visited a few times and have noticed that the dining area has been consistently untidy, the rear/alleyentrance smelling bad enough to make you hold your breath passing through. Obviously not bad enough to where we wouldn't dotake-away from here, but far and noticeably below the standards we would expect elsewhere and not somewhere we would chose tosit down. Someone else commented that the staff seemed like they were high/stoned... OF COURSE they were, it's food-service andthey make minimum + a large soda hourly. I don't expect any great enthusiasm from counter-staff, but yes... the folks workinghere are very short. Most concerning (for vegetarian etc) is the visible disregard for food safety, cross-contact, etc. Atleast it's behind glass so you can see what you're being served. Like I said, this was our first QDOBA location; if we tookaway only our impressions from this Eugene location, I would think QDOBA was 3-star mediocre Mexican food. In travels we havecome across QDOBA elsewhere and have been over-the-moon impressed with other locations. This seems to make the Eugene locationthis much more of a disappointment. Read more
The food is good but your employees need a little lesson on body language and tone of voice. Very rude to make someone feel... rushed especially when they are talking and one had never been there before. Corrected the issue but it's not my job to manageyour employees. Tipped her for the inconvenience of me taking my time. Probably.wont recommend this place while the girl I hadto correct is working. Read more

We originally ordered online a few weeks ago. We show up to pick up our paid for order and they were closed for their Christmas... party. The manager forgot to turn off online ordering. They were unable to refund our order to our card so they gave back cash (not a huge issue ) just glad we got our money back.They gave us 4 free meal cards for the inconvenience which was nice and why Ididn't review at that time. We went back just this week to use those cards and the food was not great. My husband had some sortof wood like thing in his shredded meat burrito. The staff seemed super high. I don't care how high you are if your nice and cando your job, but they were pretty zoned out and not friendly. They were also pretty busy and it was a mess behind the counter.We love qdoba but will avoid this specific location going forward. Read more
Ordered $50 worth of food tonight, plus a cookie, got home and ate our dinner and when we grabbed our cookie this is what it... looked like. It seems this place is going super downhill recently, it used to be one of our favorite spots and the fact theyeven have these for sale is ridiculous. Read more
My favorite place to go for food when I am especially hungry. I wish they would have chorizo as an option all day instead of... just during the breakfast hours. My guilty pleasure is chorizo burritos. I thoroughly enjoy the mass amount of ingredientsthat Qdoba offers, as well as balancing the pricing vs the amount of food you can get. The icing on the proverbial cake isthat queso and guac is always a free addition on burritos. You guys will always earn my business compared to Chipotle purelybecause of this fact. The only downside to this particular location is that parking is not handicap accessible. As someonewith a permanent disability that makes walking difficult, finding suitable parking can be difficult at time. May I suggestmaking more handicap parking behind the store in the back parking lot? Thank you to Qdoba and all its employees for theconsistency and dedication towards running a successful business.
