Every experience I've had at Red Robin over the last 20 years has been wonderful. The fries are amazing, the burgers are... delicious, the appetizers are the best, and the staff has always been cheerful and delight. I am a huge milk shake fan and theymake the best Bailey's Irish Cream Milkshake. It's definitely worth a try. Read more

Great atmosphere, wonderful service. We stopped in for dinner on a busy Saturday evening and they were still able to get us... seated within 20 minutes. Our server Alyson was an absolute delight! She was friendly, cheerful and attentive without beingoverbearing. We had a couple issues with our order, but she made sure everything was fixed quickly and followed up to make surewe were satisfied and had everything we needed. Haven?t been to Red Robin in a while and I might think twice to go back to this one. I?m certain they hire college kids, but... these girls need some professional training. Could be just me but the college kids they hire at Texas Roadhouse presentthemselves better. Then the kicker for this place and these girls was the restroom. There was smelly water all over the floor,the toilet paper cover on the floor with only one roll of paper. The seat covers empty also. Then when I said something I gotthe deer in the headlight look. Like what do you mean man. My husband liked his BBQ burger and I had the cob salad. It wasfair. I like when I get a salad with grilled chicken that the chicken is fresh grilled. Not here. Absolutley disgusting restaurant! The managers dont care about quality of food and have super low health stamdards cuz they all... came here from Mcdonalds and the like. There's also a huge water leak in the main walk in cooler that never keeps temperatureand holds all the hamburgers and chicken at dangerous food temps. Not to mention their gross soggy cold fries. I have literallyseen their boxes of food laying in puddles on the ground before putting them on the line for serving to the customers. Seepictures below! The food was great and the service was great too. The Red Robin by Valley River Center is a whole lot better and friendlier than... the one in Albany, Oregon. The one in Albany, Oregon doesn't want you to sat there and enjoy your meal. They want you out ofthere so they don't have to work that hard. They don't know what customer service is, this has happen to us more than once andwe will not go back to them again. Red Robin in Eugene, Oregon is a whole lot better than the one in Albany, Oregon. You aretreated right and good service. The food is fixed better there too. If you are in Eugene stop at Red Robin by Valley RiverCenter and you want be disappointed. Went here today and had lunch. Red Robin is a great place for family and friends to get together. Lots and lots of seating. They have a decent sized outdoor... section, they also have a wrap around bar with lots of seating. The burgers and frys here honestly aren't great, but the servicehere is excellent. Also the fried pickles and milkshakes are super tasty. They have a pretty large amount of parking as well. Read more
