Went there for Thanksgiving dinner the place was packed we had to wait close to an hour for a table. When we got our table and... ordered we ordered a appetizer, the chicken strips where pink inside and cold. So they took them back and by the time we got ourfood it was also cold. I called at noon to make sure I would be able to order at dinner time on Thanksgiving. I offered to order in advance. At... dinner time, I called for hours with no answer, and their online order system was also down. I showed up to the restaurant andwas turned away. That’s why I called in advance! Understaffed overworked crew, but still friendly but visibly stressed. Forgot half my order but made it right. Didn't have the... pie I wanted thawed and ready to serve. Can't say I blame the staff, management clearly needs to work on things there. Food wasgood, shake was great. Read more

Terrible this place has taken a turn for the worst.... Menu not what it used to be fewer choices... Here's my reasons for this... update. Fruit was not ripe hash browns not cooked long enough.. chicken fried steak shrunk and was over cooked.. gravy was coldand to salty.. biscuits we're cold and tasted funny... Iced tea had slime floating in it... Health department should visit thisplace and require a deep cleaning.. Menu makes it virtually impossible to truly order anything healthy other than a couplesalads. Sandwich selection has been whittled down to zilch. Employees are overworked and barely have enough time to wash theirhands from the time they touch the plates that they put in the bus bin before touching your silverware. Out of the beer that Iwanted water glasses had lip prints on them from the previous user employees complaining about having to work while the chefsgone home sick. I used to really enjoy this place and felt like I could get something in me that was healthy and I didn't haveto worry about getting sick later. Budget cuts have made this place into a real s**t show. I usually don't take this much timeto express my opinion but I hope you don't go through the same experience that we both went through neither of us enjoyed ourmeals and that says a lot. Read more

The food was okay; it did take a long time to get our appetizer which they were partially out of. The bathroom was absolutely... disgusting! I could smell it before I went in (should have let that stop me)! When I did, I about vomited by the smell alone. Itold one employee and she didn’t seem to care. I don’t know how the employees work around that smell. The pie shelf is soclose to the restrooms it makes me sick thinking about it. I will not go back. I used to love this place. Read more

Our server was great! And the food was great! But the facility itself is dated. It felt dirty and dingy. The booths had to be... wiped down prior to sitting down. Fingerprints all over the windows and the doors. Overall it's in desperate need for anupdating. It felt gross. Read more

Not that this matters I'm sure, but this is the second time my husband and I have been to this location. The first time was a... bad experience. We decided to try again thinking this time might be different. It wasn't. We stood in front with a crazytoddler for 5 minutes. Multiple people working. One lady came to the front, didn't acknowledge us. Not one person gave twocraps that we were there. I used to like this place when I moved to Eugene last year, but the food has been awful the last three times. I went to... dreturnonce and ordered a hamburger. I told the waitress I wanted the beef well-done but when she brought the meal through, thebeef was raw. On another note, I observed she checked on other diners near me, but she would go by my table and never once askedhow I was doing. A manager showed up and I told him what was going on. I did not eat the meal, paid, and left. Recently, I havebeen there for breakfast and when it was brought through, the food was cold. I told the waiter, who is a great guy, and heplaced a new order for me. The second time was good, but still a little bit cold. I went there this morning and ordered the samebreakfast as I always do, but even worse than the previous time, not only was the food cold, but excessively greasy. I knowbacon has to be oily, but these strips looked microwaved and so did the eggs and hash-brown. I did not eat most of the meal andwhen I told the waiter, he only said he was sorry.
