Drive thru only this morning. Wanted coffee before work. Not everyone has a car. When i have been able to order I like the... people who work here so that's why the extra stars. Just be aware if you don't have a car its a toss up if the lobby will beopen. If I knew i would have stopped at a dutch bros that was near the beginning of my route to work. Read more
Decent Starbucks. Can definitely get quite crowded so consider that when waiting for your drinks.
No one was there. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes at 7:00 a.m. this morning. They had a sign on the order screen that... said the lobby was closed till 10:00. But no cone to block the drive-thru. I understand if they are having staffing issues, butthat is not cool. At least make it clear that you are not open at all Read more

Waited for 30 mins for two coffees and my husbands coffee was seriously luke warm which usually our coffees are almost too hot... to drink. Idk what was happening at this location but the guy at the window was like hanging out the window talking to theperson ahead of us forever! And then we?re thinking they?d be given a giant order and it was just 1 pastry bag? Definitely notthe best experience we?ve had at this location. Read more

I usually just look past these things and don't bother but, I've been to Starbucks all across the country and this location has... to be the one I've encountered the most issues with, from being ignored at the mobile pickup(when its not busy, otherwise iunderstand), so I just leave without getting what I need. To my girlfriend being looked at like she's committing a crime forasking for a straw. This is the most convenient location for us as it's on the way to her work, but it's not worth all thehassle. And if your lobby is closed how about posting a sign on the door, or closing the mobile ordering so people in a hurry onthe way to work, or without a car don't waste their time, and money coming all the way there for no reason.
