Always loved this Starbucks. Whenever their lobby was closed due to whatever reason, they always let my dad and I walk through... the drive through to order, until one day they changed their policy without any notification and prevented us from ordering.Wasted 30 minutes of our time and left without coffee. Now need to find a new place to stop for coffee on a walk. Read more
Whoa. Normally 4 star service took a sudden dip. People keep handing me hot food next to chocolate. Which melts chocolate. And I... got some you-must-be-a-crazy-Karen feedback when I finally mentioned this today. I bothered to tell my drive-through attendantthis pass--red hair, glasses with sparkly strands in her bangs--and she reacted like it was the last straw in a stream ofoffensive customer interactions, rather than the first negative thing I could ever remember having said to her. Shot down myfeedback with allll the passive aggressive smiling and "if that's the worst thing in your day---" and now I'm deeply confusedand offended myself. As a business owner, that's valid feedback, and delivered with the care of one aware of how rude people canbe to folk in customer service. I'd been struggling this season with inconsistent food prep and hitting this particularStarbucks several times a week and feeling badly about it. The lobby is closed at 10:20 am on a Saturday! Drive-through is open and a joke when you have 23 cars in line and I?m driving a... work truck that exceeds the height requirement/ no coffee for me. The funny thing is they had someone sitting inside eating anddrinking while people walked away to go elsewhere. Poor business! Read more
Starbucks starting to go to the McDs model. Make chairs so uncomfortable that people want to leave. Hopefully they realize that... didn't help them long run either. Chase those profits and alienate what made you Starbucks. Read more

Spacious clean store Coffee and food was good.
Drinks at this location are pretty consistent. Lately they've been out of Oatmilk on a pretty regular basis, but I'm pretty sure... that's a problem for Starbucks overall at the moment, not just this location. Read more
Always reliable for my seasonal Chestnut Praline Latte and Cranberry Bliss Bars! This location is awkward to get in and out of,... but a busy hustling crew does their best to keep up with the morning rush. Read more
