Janky and dirty, broken seating. None of the charging outlets work. Not impressed.
I love Starbucks. I wrote my first children's book at the one in Fred Meyers on W 11th.
The customer service here is a 10/10 and I loved Katie's drink apple pie it's a must try!
Classic Starbucks, friendly staff and consistent drinks. This is a license store so they don't carry all of the Starbucks food,... beverages only. They will have Nitro and hot foods in April 2021! :) Read more
I was treated very rudely by a woman with purple hair. I have been ordering the same drink for years and no one has ever been... rude to me about it. I never leave comments but she was so rude and acted like I was stupid I have to complain. Read more
Coffee and normal wait time for service is usually pretty good. Ordered Pike's Roast coffee and was very good and has a good... flavored to the taste. I highly recommend this place if you want to order a quick, already made coffee on the go. Read more
As Starbucks go, this isn't my favorite. They regularly give me the wrong thing at this location. Still, the menu items are... fairly standardized from location to location. They can only mess it up so much. Also, every time I've bothered to tell them theorder was wrong they were super nice about it. One time they didn't hear me ask for a cookie (possibly my fault rather thantheirs) and they just gave it to me. I tried to pay for it but they wouldn't take my money. Read more
