Gross and dirty heavy dude rubbed the bread on his shirt and then squished the bread paper thin before stacking crumpled... toppings on one side of the sandwich. He then rung me up for the wrong sandwich after making it... asking me what it was Iordered... This is the 3rd and last time I am visiting this establishment. I gave it an honest go. Another messed up order. Whenever ordering multiple sandwiches, they seem to always mix up sandwich orders so you never really... know what toppings you will have on your sandwich if you have more than one sandwich in your order. Also doesn't matter if youorder online or through the app, be prepared to still have to wait for sandwiches to be made when you arrive at the store topick up as it will not be ready. The online/app order pick up rack is always empty, not sure they know what the rack is usedfor. Read more

If you get one of the people who clearly doesn't want to be there then you'll get a lot of attitude and un needed behavior and... word choice, but for the most part the employees are great. I'm always one of those people that gets my sauces last even thoughthey prefer to do them first. My girlfriend went and got a gentleman who clearly didn't want to be there and talked down to herbecause of her preferences. Never order from their app. It always comes toasted when I never select the option. Read more
I have usually never had a problem with this location but I got 2 sandwiches and the bread doesn't seem fully cooked? One was... pretty soft and squishy and it was even toasted and was still very soft. Please make sure in the future that the bread isactually fully done. The bread is completely white and doesn't even look fully cooked. It's not the worst but wasn't great. Theguy working seemed very nice and may have just been busy or flustered so I don't blame him. I know places are low staffed. Read more
Since when does a BLT not have lettuce? Otherwise good subs today. Woman taking order was friendly and efficient. It was nice... not being asked to tip 20% at the drive thru like the last time I was there. Read more
