Everytime I order food from you guys I always request that tomatoes aren't added but EVERYTIME tomatoes are added. Ruins the... whole meal and for someone who usually ends up using DoorDash due to always working, there's nothing I can do about it and iNEVER get hot sauce!! Definitely not getting food here again!! Used to be the best taco bell in Lane County 3-5 years ago. Went there last night and the food was horrible, not handled with... care at all. Management needs to retrain properly like they used to 5 years ago, I won't go again though. Read more
This location is a nightmare at best, they often get orders wrong you?re lucky if the food isn?t stale and they are slow and... when I say slow I mean we waited over an hour in the drive through line. When we asked for a discount for waiting so insanelylong the girl at the window looked very confused shut the window and we proceeded to have to explain to four different peoplewhy a discount was needed making the massive line behind us have to wait even longer before we finally got a manager who lookedlike a 12 year old who offered us cinnamon twists as compensation, of course we said no we want a discount and the kid claimingto be a manager tells us he isn?t capable of giving a discount. When asked for the bosses number the kid refused offering tocall for us yet again holding up the massive line they had of course we said no. They have 7 people on staff that we could seeand could not manage to get 9 cars in front of us through the line under an hour. Read more

Went here at a little after 1 AM. They informed me that they were closed do to not having enough staff. They still had the... "Drive thru Open" sign on. I'm giving this experience a 3 because this isn't normal. Usually I love this location! Read more
So, drive to Taco Bell, make it all the way home after ordering extra cheese, and instead of giving me extra cheese AFTER... CHARGING ME for it, they have given me a tiny little side container of shredded cheese. Are you serious? You people KNOW thatisn?t how it?s done. Horrible. Read more
