Came around 4pm....I was the only on in the store aside from the employees who were chit chatting. Unfortunately, there was noy... a single table that was clean...each one had food, grit, other debris. When I mentioned there were n no clean tables, they werewiped down, but not sure why they were all dirty with several employees around chatting. Food was marginal at best. Read more
An hour before closing the person ahead of me was able to order what ever they wanted? told me I could only get teriyaki... chicken, then the manager came out and hooked their friend up and offered them the full menu. Second terrible experience andcompletely unprofessional behavior. At least wait until I?m not standing right there. Terrible terrible terrible. No one I knowwill eat there. Read more
Your own website says you close at 9pm "daily," Google shows you open until 8pm on Sundays, and your own store has it posted... open until 8pm on Sundays. Yet I'm here at 7:15pm and you are closed with no one in sight. I just moved close by and was lookingto try it for the first time, what a disappointment this has been. EDIT: I can understand having technical issues, or staffingissues. But as a manager, I would also leave communication to my guests of needing to close early. Little gestures like that,take it from "the company doesn't put forth the thought of upsetting future guests," to showing; consideration, explanation, andan apology for consequently refusing their business. Staff was kind of rude... Food was good tho. Nice portion sizes. Orange chicken is probably the best I've had in a long time.... Fried rice... Not a fan... And the side sauce was gross... Look forward to coming back for just the orange chicken tho. ?? Read more
When I first opened my food it smelt burnt. Then I tasted the ?fried? rice and it tasted burnt. The rice was mushy!!!! It had a... weird gummy texture... The veggies had a frozen reheated taste... the chicken smelt burnt but tasted alright. There were maybe15 smell pieces of chicken. Honestly wouldn?t have gone here if I had read the reviews first. This is actually my first everreview because the food was THAT BAD. I paid 10.97 plus tip for this... has anyone gotten their money back? I should?ve justwalked over to subway... Read more
One star only because the girl that answered the phone was very sweet and I can't give zero. The chicken was mediocre at best.... The rice was well over done and the "steak" was not even close to steak. I ordered right before close so I feel like I got thebottom of the barrel on that. The veggies even sucked and not sure how tf that is even possible.I saw someone else comment onhere that it was the best teriyaki they'd had and that's a big statement so I chose this place. Wish I hadn't. Teriyaki platesare so simple; a protein and steamed or sauteed veggies over rice. If a restaurant doesn't cut corners the only complaint evershould be the sauce; and to be honest, it was probably the best part of the order but it wasn't great. Omg first time ordering from here and I'm blown away for the pricing and the amount of food you get. The flavor is on par, it's... insane as if I cooked it myself. (Use to be a chef). I'm here on business and I can say from being born and raised in NewOrleans, La (and still live there) where the city is all about food. It taste as if I was back home.
