I normally don't have a problem here but today I asked for an Iced Vanilla Latte for my cousin and was handed a hot coffee. When... I said it was supposed to be iced the barista said they don't have iced coffee then offered an iced Americano?? ...confused Ijust took it and left then found out once at my cousin's it was literally just hot black coffee...idk how that got messed up.Giving two stars cause my iced Chai was correct but my cousin was bummed so maybe just double check before giving someone thewrong drink? Will trained staff! Kara Was pleasant and Is the human bean. Has great iced coffee and hot coffee. They also have a food menu... That is delicious.
