Used to be really good, but it's expensive, and they are cutting back on the amount of meat, and charging extra for cheese?
First time trying Togos and we go in today (Sunday) a little before 7 because hours online say close at 8pm. We are waiting in... line for about 5 minutes, our turn tk order the girl storms into the lobby and says she will help us in a minute, and she wasturning of the signed because they are closed?. Meanwhile we are waiting, one person behind us and a family of four sittingeating. We left because of the sour attitude and feeling like an inconvenience? lady behind us stormed out after us. Great food and clean restaurant as you walk in even on a rainy day. I order turkey sandwich and ham/Swiss sandwich and both were... delicious. I like my sandwich perfectly made, and they made it great. Next time I?ll ask for more veggies, hence I really like alot of veggie on my sandwiches, this time I thought I asked for what I like turned out I like more veggies then seemed atfirst. So good. That national sub shop just doesn't compare. If you pay a couple bucks extra you get a superior sandwich across the... board. We had the brewpub chicken with provolone (advertised with cheddar but provolone melts better) and classic Italian fullyloaded. Employee even squeezed the juices of the pepperoncini onto the sandwich before cutting them up. Top notch. Read more
This Togos location conducts business strangely and inefficiently. Most Togos locations have several sandwich makers who make... your sandwich FIRST, then you step to the right and pay the cashier. Using this form of operation, the employees stay busy andthe line moves quickly. THIS location requires customers pay FIRST, you then step the the left and dictate your order to theidling and gossiping sandwich makers. The line backs up because the cashiers lack any sense of urgency, and any payrollresources wasted on the gossiping sandwich makers is a pathetic waste of money, time, and company resources. It wasn?t evenrush hour when I arrived, but after considering the absurdity, I left and ordered from Arby?s. Read more
