I ordered online at 7:50pm tonight when they closed at 9pm, according to the sign at their business and Google. However, when I... arrived and walked in at 8:10 to pick up my order, I was informed that they actually close at 8pm; they only stay open until 9if they are very busy. The employees told me that their blenders were drying so they couldn?t make blended drinks, but that theywould make an iced drink for me. That is not what I ordered, and no refund was offered. I am very disappointed in the customerservice demonstrated tonight, as well as the lack of communication about when they actually close. Read more
Ordered a bunch of stuff to try. The Garlic Butter shrimp were the favorite. Noodles good, a little oily. Garlic fries were... okay. Not a lot of garlic. I was not a fan of the flavor salt and pepper for popcorn chicken. It had a chinese 5 spice vibe thatjust didnt go well with the other food. However the popcorn chicken is soft and cooked well. We tried the fried dumplings. Justokay. The sauce wasn't anything exciting. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Restaurant very clean. This would be a greatrestaurant on campus. Read more
We decided to try this after seeing ads for this restaurant on Facebook. The food looks exactly like the pictures. We tried the... asada fries, spicy Cheeto fries and the garlic noodles. The food was decent but the Cheeto fries were bland. The food is prettyspendy especially for the portion sizes. The drinks were good value especially due to the flavor and uniqueness of the drinks. OMG, why I didn't try this place sooner is my only regret. Sooooo good!
I was hesitant to try this place based on the mixed reviews I?d seen. Ohmygod. The food is bomb, and the customer service was... amazing. The lady was so sweet and patient and our kids weren?t exactly calm during ordering. 10/10 will be coming back. Read more
The mangonoda was delicious I like more chamoy and Tajín. It's alittle expensive but pretty good. The staff was friendly.... Restaurant was clean. The restrooms stocked and clean. Would definitely go back for the drinks. Haven't tryed the food yet.Will update as soon as I do. Read more
Right now we only can do take out. The drinks are nice. Its so special that they have split cup that you can order two kinds of... drink. Right now it's full of Christmas atmosphere. It's really nice. Read more
The cashier is SUPER nice, excellent customer service. Their strawberry limeade is amazing and refreshing and their popcorn... chicken is so yummy too!!! One of the best places I?ve visited in Eugene. Read more
