Drive thru Cashier was the worst, very slow and rude. Fries were stone cold, they knew it too. Had to go inside for fresh fries,... nicest young African American sweetheart took care of me. However, inside of store was very nasty. Food section was well stockedprobably because the prices are so high no one buys anything. Oh yeah, the chocolate shake was disgusting. All the lady wanted was a Styrofoam cup for her soda. What's with the UnGodly attitude? Do you not realize ppl are listening to... your customer service fail white lady with brown hair in middle to late 40's? What if she were to be ugly to you after you gavea fella a Styrofoam cup and then lie and say you don't have any to her? Seriously! This has nothing to do with service. Ice cream is great and the people working are great. The issue is the parking lot.... Depending on where you park, you will NOT be able to get out when it gets busy. Think about having ice cream, then going to yourcar when done and waiting for 40 minutes to get out. It wasn't that busy. Just takes 5+ minutes for the line to move only tohave 3 more show up. Making a perpetual line to the street. Read more
We don't have Braum's in Georgia! Surprisingly good. Met extended family for dinner then walked over for ice cream. We treated... and for about 10 people the total was less than $30. And now I'm hooked on the peppermint ice cream. Very friendly staff, cleanstore and lots of options. Read more
I just waited in drive thru line for twenty minutes only to be told ?We?re closed. I apologize.? when I got to the order mix.... There were customers still inside eating! The car in front of me made an order just fine. At least take care of the last fewcars. Read more
Ordered my food at 8:25. Only ordered a 1/4 lb burger, a limeade and fries. It took OVER 20 MINUTES to get my food, and the... limeade was just lime juice and unsweetened seltzer.. I've been to many different locations, both dine in and drive through, andthis was the most ridiculpus experience I could have ever imagined. I should have gone to the sonic next door. They suck, butthey're somehow still better. Super sad because the food tastes great but the service at this particular one is atrocious. Read more
I've only ever ordered ice cream or sundaes. I tweaked a banana split in October 2021 and it was amazing. The bananas were... perfect and the girl taking and making my order was great. She made my splurge dessert perfectly. No question or change wasever a hassle. My most recent visit was simple vanilla with sauce. YUM. Simple, affordable and perfect. Sometimes it's busy. The ENTIRE STAFF at this location is rude. My family arrived last night (10/26) and ordered 2 frozen twists in cups and a small... chocolate shake. We were at the first window for more than 15 minutes after paying only to wait. There were 4 individuals at the2nd window servicing a cart of customers. They tried to give an SUV ahead of us 2 twist cones but the customer rejected them.Once we arrived at the window a heavy-set African American girl with fried hair down her back, without a hair net might I add,attempted to give us the same cones she attempted to give the previous customer. We let the heavy-set woman know that we orderedcups not cones. After the long wait and noticing that she?d just run an order outside and come back in only to TRY to give ustwo cones WITHOUT GLOVES, we just wanted a refund at this point. The girl told her shift leader we wanted a refund. There was ayoung African American teenage male in the back that shrugged his shoulders and said that he didn?t care. The shift leader cameAnd asked us for a receipt. My husband told her that our order should still be on the screen. She made us wait an additional 8minutes to give our money back. Once we left. The heavy-set girl and the guy that shrugged his shoulders were out front leavingand hanging out at a car. Meanwhile, the drive-thru is wrapped down the block. ***UPDATE*** We tried to give this location asecond chance today 10/27. We went in and they left the ice cream on the counter. We asked if that was our ice cream they saidyes and that our food would take an additional 15 minutes because they JUST began to cook it. We told them, ok please make surethat our ice cream is fresh. We do not want this melted ice cream. We got our food and noticed that we were STILL missing fries.We told the shift leader/manager that our order was missing items she just walked away.
