I cannot say anything good abourt my Whopper, unfortunately because the meat patty had a strange taste. It later hit me that I... was possibly given the "Impossible" Whopper by accident. What I can say was how grea the manager was!! She was SO nice to us andwent way above and beyond anything she had to do! I can't speak to the atmosphere as we came through the drive-thru but I cansay we were the only ones in the drive-thru which made for speedy service! Read more
Ordered a bacon double, value fries and cheese sticks. Fries were the only hot item. The bacon was toothbreakingly hard. The... cheese sticks were obviously very old. Out of ketchup. The cold burger was absolutely doused in condiments, it oozed out. Reallygross. Bad form BK. Read more
Just went through drive through and ordered the new big fish. So gross. Completely inedible. Waste of money will never go back.

Ordered a Whopper meal and 2 Chicken Fries meals at the drive-thru window. First time ordering Chicken Fries. Service was quick... and we were not there for very long. When we finally sat down to eat, the chicken fries and burger were good. But, they didn'tprovide any napkins. Only gave us 3 tiny packets of ketchup. Chicken fries were supposed to come with a variety of dippingsauces to choose from, but they were never offered. It was too late to go back. Read more
I visited this BK today and placed an order using the app. My order was place at 8:59pm. I arrive at the drive thru to pick up... my order and waited until 9:41 to finally receive service. I was then informed they did not have any of the food for my $30order. I simply requested they process a refund but instead they offered other food options. It would have been fine to justchoose something else if it was my but this order was for my children. I informed the employee that I would just ask for them toprocess my refund. I was informed that there was no management on the premises to process the refund. I informed them I want arefund no matter what. I was told there was nothing to be done. The employee slammed and locked the window. I asked for a copyof my order purchase and a number to contact either their district office or corporate office. I was told to just look it up.The so called store manager by the name of Aaron showed up, sagging pants with showing underwear, very professional right.Several minutes later Euless police is rolling up on me and my family as if we are the problem. I informed the officer of thedetails surrounding this incident and even the responding officer could not get an answer from them. I simply informed BK thatif they could not process my refund they will not be conducting any other business tonight. The officer informed me this is areoccurring issue at this location and suggested my family and I visit another company. Advice taken after they closed early forthe night. BK called police on black family because BK did not want to give the customers that did not receive any food theirmoney back. I?m am now out of $30.00. This business received money from a customer and failed to provide services or goods forsuch. If this has been the other way around I would be labeled as a thief. Read more
I went here and literally the staff was sitting inside eating no one came on the speaker to say we aren?t serving anyone. I... drive to window after waiting a while they say no one showed up for work. Horrible experience. I should have expected this fromthem as I have ordered coffee once in the morning and it took them almost an hour to get it to me. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONTWANT TO LEAVE HAVING A BAD DAY. Read more
