I went in around 7ish so its understanding that everyone is ready to go home after a long day especially working food, that... being said dosen't make any excuse to not be attentive to the costumers. As I watched the disfunction of employees bouncing hereand there the one employee member I got was really sweet and hooked it up for me so lack of people pleasing and a happy workplace with good attitude I guess made up for the good burrito. I asked for a guajillo steak salad,the young white kid had an attitude and was so stingee one scoop of rice one of beans and 6... little bite size pieces of the meat l was watching the serving host they changed and this girl was a lot more generous with thefood,the price of that was 12.99 plus tax ,l asked to put more meat on it and he said he was gonna make it a double that wouldof been 26 dollars plus tax I let him put one all piece of meat on my tray ,I don't believe l will go back there, at one ofthe Bedford locations Read more

They gave me half a scoop of steak meanwhile they dump extra of any of the other meats for everyone not ordering steak. I get... they don't want to make more but corporate sets how much is minimal and they cut that in half. You do not get half of what youpay for. My bowl had about 6 small pieces of steak. I just ordered a bowl through door dash from this location. They did not send me a fork or spoon. I am cleaning an empty house... and now have no way to eat my food. Not only that, but their automated phone service will not put you through to talk to a realperson and their ?chat online? option makes you sign in to a chipotle account to even begin a conversation. It?s one thing for arestaurant to make mistakes at lunch time (I work at one, I know this happens), but to not have any way to reasonably contactthem and get it resolved afterwards is beyond frustrating. Never ordering from this location again. Also, getting my money backwould be nice, since I?m about to shovel what I can of a burrito bowl into my mouth with my hands. Food was ok, I would give it 3-4. Service in the line was really slow. The restaurant was dirty, dirty tables and floors. ... Makes me wonder what the prep area was like. Also Chipotle has gotten expensive. Almost $12 for a chicken burrito and amedium drink. Used to pay about $9 not long ago. I can go to a full service restaurant with good service for only a littlemore. Read more

The chicken was burnt! The staff refused to drain the liquid from various food items. This place was filthy! Overflowing trash... cans. Drink area wet and in complete disarray. Tables not cleaned, food and trash on the floor throughout this store. Theserving line was nasty with food items cross contaminating. The staff was very unfriendly and rude when asked to bus and orclean the tables so we could eat in. They asked each other "what did they want, clean tables"- laughing was their response thestaff also refused to answer the ringing phone "let it go to computer answer". DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD PLACE!! This place ain't bad. It can be a little pricy but thats just the economy these days for ya. I always get the barbacoa bowl and... if I'm feeling extra I'll add some guac. Be warned, guac does in fact cost extra but they give you quite a bit so you end upgetting what you pay for. Overall not a bad experience. Read more

I took my family here to eat lunch on 10/30/2021 and the place was filthy. The trash cans were overflowing, there was food all... over the floor as well as spilled drinks. The bathroom was disgusting too. I spoke to a shift manager to express my concernswith the place as it was clearly a food safety (HACCP) violation. Unfortunately, the manger was very distressed making it clearto me that he had brought up these concerns to his bosses and they did not care. Tip for the restaurant owners. If you can'tfind people, for whatever reason, to keep the place decent maybe you should only offer to-go orders. At least until you can keepthe place decent and offer clients a better experience, one where they health in not in jeopardy. Read more
