If I could leave zero stars I would. Domino?s wants $5 for delivery meanwhile forgetting items behind. And tonight we did... carryout, giving them a chance to redeem themselves, waited 15 minutes in our vehicle for curbside bc my child is sick nobodyever came out. I had to go inside with a sick child, only to wait at the counter. When I was finally handed my food I was toldthey had no ranch, or forks. Never again. Read more

I spent 68$ here. I don?t know what they?ve been smoking back there, but I just don?t know how you can undercook a pepperoni... pizza. It was soggy. Cecil opened and closed the store with all new employees and a new system. It was busy Monday evening and I know he was stressed... but he stayed alert and positive even informing the younger employees about food safety. He definitely needs a raise. Corporateneeds to pay and treat employees better in all stores. Read more

Order pie at 11:25pm, pizza tracker showed baked then eventually processing for quality check at 11:31pm, I personally call the... store at 11:56pm because it was going through QC for over 25mins. Staff member insured me that the delivery driver was going tobe otw, said he was otw back to the store and had two orders left to deliver, I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza she said acustomer order a pepperoni ultimate and she just added bacon to it and was going to give that to me instead which wasn?t thepizza I order but I didn?t make it an issue since it was late and I was starving, it was pouring rain outside so I just wantedthe food delivered, at 12:25am the order was canceled. This is ridiculous and very unacceptable and I hope this crew is heldresponsible because this isn?t a way to run a business nor treat your loyal customers, I will not be ordering from any otherdominos across the nation until this issue is resolved Read more

Dominos Pizza has been in business for quite sometime. But, I can honestly say from most Pizza Chains, Dominos has come a long... way, their selections have improved and I am quite impressed with the quality of the Pizza they prepare, and the pasta is reallygreat. Thank you Dominos for thinking of people like me when we don?t feel like cooking and coupons are also appreciated, mostchains don?t offer coupons!! The Euless location on Main is the best? Read more

I went into the store this afternoon to order 10 large pizzas. There was 7 male workers in the store at the time. When my order... was ready not one person was available to help me carry things out to my car. They gave the ?who cares? look. Terrible customerservice and they need to learn service and manners! Carside delivery is always a fail at this location. Pizza not so great looking and brownie is flat as can be because they didn't... remove the bottom sheet before baking. I've worked at dominos before and have never seen such a terribly ran store. Read more

Awful customer service from the general manager. The food sat for an hour before they called me to tell me they won?t deliver... it. And refused to refund delivery fee and tip when I came to pick it up. Then altered my order after I left, that they?couldn?t change anything on? to pickup and added extra sides to ?make up for the delivery fee? but didn?t give me thoseitems. Oily cinnamon sticks and old dough as well as poor cheese distribution on the pizza. They had atleast an hour old doughsitting on racks, some with sauce on them. All of my order was cold and hard by the time I got there (5 minutes after theycalled me to tell me they don?t deliver to my location). She said ?oh it?s warm it?s been on a heat rack? well warm and freshare not the same thing. Easily the worst dominos location I?ve ever had to experience. Not one apology for any of theinconvenience. Only attitude backed with more attitude. Poor excuse for a general manager. Conversation ended with her stating?I?m sorry that you don?t like the way I run MY business? Read more
