If I could give zero stars I would . I never received my pizza . We called at around 8:30pm and put in a delivery order for 2... pepperoni pizzas & even asked to make sure they had change for $100 bill . Simple right ? Wrong . We got a text at about 9saying the delivery driver was on the way , then we got another notification shortly after the driver stated he had to go backand get change . At around 9:30 our order was cancelled and we were asked if we wanted to put in another order . U can imaginehow furious I was as a woman who?s 5 months pregnant and waited patiently for over an hour just for my order to be cancelled.Their excuse was they?re short on drivers ? limit the number of orders you?re accepting close together if you?re short staffed .Just a bunch of bafoons at this location . 0/5 stars ! Since Domino's touts their 2 minute curbside delivery that is something you expect. They even go so far as to say if your... curbside delivery is not delivered in 2 minutes you get a free pizza. They even have a timer for it on the app. I sat and waitedmore than 2 minutes but had not received my order and to my surprise I saw that it had been completed within the store but yetdid not receive my pizza until 4 minutes later than the initial 2 minutes. Just be honest if you're late it happens. But thepromotion says if you wait longer than 2 minutes you get a free pizza. I understand the workers are trying to save theirlocation money but that's being dishonest with promotions and in your practices from your employees. Read more
My first order was made last week and I ordered 2 large pizzas with delivery which was which was astonishing $50! I would have... just said never-ending but we just moved from Houston and it was the only nearby place that offered delivery after 9 pm on aweek night. I called in my order at 9:17 p.m. and was told it would be delivered within 30 minutes. It didn't arrive untilafter 11 p.m. The store is literally a 4 minute drive from our apartment. I could have walked there and back myself and stillhad our dinner ate and the kids in bed before the driver brought it. 8 contacted customer service and had to leave a emailcomplaint because they were closed by the time I called and according to the domino's electronic response they would contact methe nex day... but they never did. I do not like complaining at all but this is extremely annoying. My delivery came cold so I called got offered a free... pizza?cool. I asked for extra pineapple because my son with autism refuses to eat pizza without pineapples. I received I guessextra pepperoni and when I gave the pizza to my son he refused to eat it. Called again to let them know the order wasn?t rightand they gave me attitude talking about being grateful for a ?free pizza? that they didn?t make to the specifications. Read more
I would give no stars to this location, but I have to give one to post! It is very disappointed to pay for food and you get it... all nasty, looking uncooked and one overcooked. Staff is very rude! No costumer service at all!! and the girl who answered mycall did not want to provide me with her name and was laughing when I was explaining my issues with my order. So upsetting anddisappointed. My call was tossed to David the Manager without even letting me know, I had to repeat "hello" like 7 times eventhought my call was dropped, until David the manager got on the phone. Read more
Delivered the wrong pizza, we called and a supposed "manager" who couldn't keep his story straight said that they couldn't make... it right, all they could do was give us a credit for next time. If we wanted what we actually ordered, we had to pay again. When asked for his info and the info for management above him, he swore at us and said he wasn't obligated to provide us anyinformation and that he wasn't even obligated to provide what we ordered.
