One of my favorite burger joints but this location cannot read a ticket to save their lives. I keep trying this place in hopes... of better results but it never fails. Fourth time in a row over the past five weeks my order was completely wrong and not evenclose. We even go around 2pm with no rush and still they screw up most orders. Each time I have dined in I witnessed at least1-2 wrong orders and thrown away product. If I was the manager of this location I would question why the spoils are so high.Management reflects the employees and the manager made up excuses for his poorly trained staff. I recommend eating at the NorthRichland Hills Mall location for the extra 5-10 min drive. Read more
Not worth the 40 bucks for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Cajun fries seasoning was overpowering and offensive. Burgers were soggy, not... seasoned at all. Would have been fine for 20 bucks but not 40. Read more
Ordered online through Google. The order took about 10 mins longer than quoted and the staff prepared a vegetarian order instead... of cheeseburger, so my husband had to drive back to return it. Manager was apologetic and personally prepared the right order.Mistakes happen, but that?s an expensive burger ($11) for a fast food experience. Read more

I tried to place a call in order but the grill out for maintenance that day and so I tried again the next day and that grill was... working great because they had my burger ready within 10 minutes. It was delicious! Made exactly how I like it. As always theyhooked it up with the fries in the bag. The place was clean, and the employees were really friendly. I highly recommend thislocation. Spent $46 on two double burgers, large fries, and a 15% tip before completing my order. With that I was expecting some effort on... the burgers. I was given a burger cold with the cheese not even melted, jalapenos thrown in raw not grilled for a second, andfries were amazing but only filled the cup (in the past they give me like half a bag for large fries maybe it's the shortage ofsupplies).
