Yeah, believe what everyone else says about the bad service at this Freddy's; it's a mess (though sometimes it can be fine too).... Here's my recent experience if you want to know more. So, despite several poor experiences with this Freddy's; every 6 or somonths we'll give them another try (steak burgers and custard just sound so good sometimes). Anyhow, during this visit, weordered our food (our cashier was helpful in getting our order in) and the food came out pretty quickly (<10 minutes) which wasa huge surprise to us. See, there's something you need to know about all Freddy's locations; you're on Freddy's schedule whenyou're there. They will ABSOLUTELY stick to their ticket queue order. It doesn't matter if you order a single scoop of vanillacustard after someone ahead of you ordered 10 super complicated meals. They will make you wait till those meals are finishedbefore giving you your simple ice cream. Maybe some places can work around this, but I've never experienced this at ANYFreddy's. So, after getting the food so quickly, I got too confident about their service on this visit and decided to get amini Banana & PBC sundae (this is where we flew too close to the sun). I ordered the sundae and went back to our table. About2-3 minutes later I see a associate scoop the custard into a cup then it sits on the table for the next 7 minutes. After ~10minutes of waiting (I checked the receipt time), I asked them about the sundae. Another associate apologizes and starts makinga new one. The associate who made the first one sees this happening and tells them to use the previous one that's melted on thetable (FYI, I'm standing right at the counter while this conversation is happening). The new cup of custard is put back intothe batch and they start cutting bananas into the older melted custard; then they ignore the custard again for ~3 moreminutes. I love Freddy's, but this location is not it. They were out of chicken tenders... I also ordered chili cheese fries and when I... got my fries, they said they were out of chili. They just gave me fries with shredded cheese on top. I asked why the cheesewasn't melted and they said, they were out of melted cheese... Bro -_- Read more

Great overall experience for my first time. I really appreciated the nice cashiers and the overall atmosphere. I really liked... how the food was prepared and the taste was ovwrall really good. Will be back for more good food and quick service. Read more

The restaurant seating area was pretty bad - the floors were super slippery with grease, they do have some supply shortages, and... the order-taker had a hard time getting the order straight. BUT everyone was smiling and friendly, the food was prepared quicklyand it tasted fresh and delicious. Read more

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Euless on 121 is a must experience for families that love the old diner experience. ... We have visited twice so far and both of our visits were more than steller. Both times the food was awesome, especially thefries, cheese sauce and cheese curds, the diner and bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. A true DUMP SITE. we went there on Sunday after the State Fair. No where near closing. The trashcans were full. Piles of trash... all throughout dining area. Kitchen area a mess. I ask the manager, a young girl about the horrible condition. Of course, I gotthe typical excuse. WE ARE SHORT STAFF and busy. Not a great first experience. The staff were friendly as I was greeted several times as I stood in line for 10 minutes or so. I... never been here so it definitely gave me more time to understand the menu options. The ordered the # 2 combo which is the doublewith bacon and I wanted to substitute the fries for chili cheese fries. Unfortunately they didn?t have any chili.
