I love Starbucks but this location has been giving me trouble for the past 4-5 visits. Last year we had good experiences here... but lately (within a two month span) I've received wrong orders and the service has been a little lacking. The lady who tookcare of us didn't know how to redeem my stars properly, or didn't want to. I'm not sure. It would be okay if she were new or ifshe showed a little interest in doing so but that wasn't the case. That was this last time I went. Read more

This has been my goto Starbucks since 2017, service used to be good. For last couple weeks service started to deteriorate.... Received wrong order 3 times in last one week alone, inexperienced trainees are being placed in Barista roles, it takes a lot ofexplanation if your drink is not set menu. What really caused this review is the wait time, sometimes its taking 10-15 mins. Ican now say that this is the slowest Starbucks I've been to (except for Berlin Gate & Reserve Roastery ones which were understandable). I really hope they save this branch from sinking! Read more

I never would?ve thought that a lack of willingness to show customer service would be experienced at a Starbucks, but here I am.... I walked in with my baby in his stroller and stood looking at the backs and sides of the employees. There wasn?t even the,?Sorry for the wait we?ll be right with you.? I am very disappointed I come to this Starbucks very often because it?s headed in the direction of my job this is the 4th x I... come here and my drink is not right but today it was just nasty ???? and I always ask for this or that for my sandwich or bagelbut I never get it I get all the way to work wanting to enjoy my breakfast but something is always missing. I don?t mind a store being closed due to short staffing, etc. what I do have a problem with is not putting up signage informing... customers that you?re closed. It?s really not that hard to put a sign on the door. You put the sign in the drive way, but notthe door. And also changing your store status on the app. If you can update product availability on the app, you can change yourstatus from ?open? to ?closed?. Please continue the excellent customer service Starbucks is known for even when you?restruggling with staffing, being closed, etc. Read more

This is a great location. The staff here was able to recommend alternatives to my go to drink which was a Mocha Frappuccino with... 1 pump of raspberry. Since Starbucks has temporarily, hopefully not permanently, discontinued raspberry syrup. I haven't reallybeen as often but here they were able to suggest the Java chip Frappuccino which I recommend and you can't go wrong with thecheese Danish. Read more
