There are two locations here at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport A21 and A36. The A36 location directs you to the A21 location but... the A21 location is also closed. Called the corporate office but Starbucks is a joke now. They couldn?t care less. Read more

Don?t come here in a rush (anything less than 30 minutes). They only had one barista working and the drinks coming out were... disorganized. Multiple people had to leave without their drink after 25 minutes of waiting. However once I got my soy latteAfter two inquiries, it was delicious. Read more

Very busy Starbucks early in the morning. Stopped by here before connecting to LA. The line never shrunk from the moment for me... to step in to the moment when I ordered mine. Very quick though. 4 baristas worked like crazy. Read more

The cashier at 5 am on Saturday July 20 was quite possibly the dumbest person I have ever interacted with. I asked for 3 cafe... americanos and he gives me only one and its decaf. Wouldn?t believe that I ordered regular. Except I had to repeat myself like20 times for him to understand. Completely inept. Read more

Do not go to this Starbucks if you don't have at least 25 minutes to wait. It took them 25 minutes to get 7 people's drink... orders wrong back-to-back. With a crew of 4, one was texting the whole time, one was playing with her hair, and two were makingincorrect orders. All I ordered was a grande cold brew, black. Pretty straightforward. Not good at customer service. I guess they have been just told to earn money. Had a bad experience where cashier lady is not... listening what you want she is just busy swipping cards. which very unsatisfying responses and just laughing saying I didnt hearyou. I said you missed to hear me i exactly told what I need at this point order is not even started to be prepared. Unlikeother good starbuck where they right away fix the order. she asked next customer to come ahead. And want to mention there wereonly two customer behind me so there was no hurry as well or pressure of big line. so rating 1 for poor handling of this reptoday at 5/22 at 4.56. My point is not taking or listening wrong order but respecting what customer is saying giving that timeor fixing it right there. Thanks Read more

Probably worst Starbucks ever seen. The the person at the counter can?t event understand what people trying order. We ordered... butter crossaint and they given chocolate crossaint and charged me more. We ordered London fog small , charged me for mediumblack tar. Behavior was very rude. Not at all recommended. Management should take necessary measures. Read more
