Thought my second visit would be better. Coffee is not served here. Orders latte and got hot milk. No difference on second cup... after complaint. They are afraid of using coffee or their measuring devices are out of calibrations. Read more

I need to just go to this Starbucks from now on. I've had disappointing experiences at the one closest to my house, to the point... where I end up throwing out the one I ordered from my home Starbucks and reordering it at this Starbucks. They are the mostconsistent when making my pumpkin cream cold foam cold brew. Read more

Order placed for pickup before work and without cheese (lactose intolerance) and I went to pick it up 4 minutes after pickup... time. Order was made on arrival, which I can understand, but with cheese added. Only found out after eating a chunk. It'sgonna be a rough day. Read more

Leaving a review because I had the kindest barista, and I'm hoping someone sees this! I wish I knew the name of this employee... but I never caught it, but she had bright blue hair and many pins on her lanyard. She was the sweetest!! I've seen her in thedrive-thru a few times, and every time she always has a huge smile and is so kind and patient. Went there this morning for some coffee. We placed our ordered after being greeted, then proceeded to the cash window. Before... that, however, there was another person asking for our order. We thought that it was a mistake since the previous person hadalready taken our order. When we arrived at the cash window, they told us that we hadn?t placed our order, but we clearly had.Now, it could have been my mistake, but all the passengers in the car suggested that it wasn?t. It would have been fine and I?dhave apologized. But the attitude I got from the person with the headset was so horrible that I wanted to just drive away andnot buy anything at all. Not asking for fake nice or fake smiles. This is a job, and people can?t always be nice and smiling.But professionalism is important, especially in a customer service role. Read more

My venti drink was filled halfway. That has NEVER happened before in ANY circumstance, so I don't think there is a valid excuse.... I'd rather be served deadshots than get half of what what I paid for. Someone or something needs to be changed here. Becausethis is NOT it. Read more

Dont usually have an issue with this location but lately they?ve been doing the drinks wrong. Idk if it?s the baristas, but they... suck. I asked for a venti iced caramel macchiato with TWO pumps of white mocha caramel drizzle and an EXTRA shot of espresso. Ialways order the same thing and today it was way off! Tasted like straight mocha and no type of coffee in the drink. I couldn?teven taste the bitterness from the extra shot, which idek if they put it in there or not. Don?t get me wrong, they nicely remademy order when I asked them to but they gave me the exact same thing if not worse. I just left cause i have to go to work. This location ONLY has drive thru, there?s no inside seating area. It?s got to be because of how small the lot it?s located on... which is great because it?s actually a tight squeeze from Main Street. And if it gets wrapped around it?s kind of messy. So youdon?t want a lot of people lingering anyway. That?s got to be why they tore down the old one and built this smaller building.Perfect grab n go location!
