I go to this location at least once a week, and the service is always outstanding, smile included. I like it when they feature... different items to try, and today, the Hatch Green Chile street tacos were outstanding! What great flavor! Try the hatch chili margarita and the hatch chili Street tacos. Both were awful. I should?ve known when the margarita didn?t... look anything like the picture. It was extremely hot and just plain nasty. I poured it down the sink. The tacos were served onsoggy tortillas that fell apart when you tried to pick them up. I won?t be back. Worst cabana ever!! How do you run a taco place, but don't have peppers and onions. Not only that, but I waited 30 minutes for a... few tacos, and it wasn't even that busy. We sat for over an hour waiting for our order. The person behind the counter repeatedly apologized and said that they were the... only person cooking the meals and that the manager kept sending people home. It appeared that to go orders were beingprioritized over dine in orders. We were given a free chips and queso half way through our wait. We only received half the orderafter waiting over an hour. The ground meat in one order looked under cooked and still red. We then sat for about 20-30 minbefore the second half of the order was ready (the same ticket). Awful customer service in addition to getting tacos that were basically empty shells. When I called to speak to the manager she... hung up on me when I asked for her name and her managers name. Not worth the hassle so we won't be returning. We'll spend ourmoney elsewhere. This place lacks any kind of leadership. Read more
As you can see by the photo, the food I just picked up is NOT edible. The service at this location is HORRIBLE, everyone I... encountered was RUDE and the Manger could care less that my order looked like this much less that I have to drive back to get arefund. #TacoCabana so I'm taking the time to call them out so they can offer some much needed coaching to their staff in theart of customer service.
