Customer service is horrible. The cashiers skipped over me as if I wasn't in line. I ordered online and upon receiving my food.... It was extremely cold.. You have a pickup/ online line vs your primary order line. So I waited a good 10 mins for an order thatwas already prepared. Then the ladies taking the orders had the nerve to have an attitude. This for years has been the best wing stop but ever since they started selling the chocked sandwich other things have fell off.... This location isn?t bad since I frequent it a lot. However I want to point out the main thing that kind of throws me off about... Wingstop. There is an option to have the wings extra well done, but they are reluctant to actually do it. If you?re a frequentWingstop customer you know that chicken takes time. Most of us don?t mind waiting for fresh chicken- we actually prefer it. Soif we ask for them to be extra well done, we know that it will take time. So why not oblige especially since you made it anoption? Please take the time to complete the service that you offered. Who wants a slimy soft wing that has a dry rub? Not good.Which brings me to my next point: let the chicken drain, please. There shouldn?t be a half of cup of oil in the wing basket. Read more
Food is never prepared correctly. Well done is never, ever, well done. FOH service is usually okay, but the BOH needs to start... reading tickets or management needs to enforce customer specific requests. Haven't eaten here in months and tried it againtonight. Very disappointed, as usual. Read more
Beware anyone who orders delivery from here. They hand the cup to the driver to fill your drink. Now in the grand scheme of... things it's not a big deal but think about it... I'm out driving all day and I do try to wash my hands frequently... but... am Iwashing them frequently enough to handle your empty cup and lid? Things that make you go hmmmmnnnnnn....
