This is the worst sonic location I have ever been to. We have given this particular location many chances. On multiple occasions... they do not take the orders in a timely manner. And being busy isn?t the problem, bc they weren?t ?. The red button flashes solong it turns itself off and I have to press it again. I can clearly see the employees through the window and they?re all juststanding around doing nothing. Not to mention, the girl who finally took my order had an attitude and didn?t sound happy to takemy order at all, as if she was being bothered. Sonic isn?t cheap, tonight I went & they barely filled the popcorn chicken cup. Ifeel jipped. They won?t be getting my business again. Very poor service. Read more

The food was hot and fresh, once I pressed the red button, Bryson answered within 10 seconds and welcomed me following with him... telling me his name, I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted to try out and I asked him for a suggestion of burgers and hot dogs, hesuggested the Chophouse cheese burger and also told me about the 2 for $5 quarter pound double as well as the other 2 choices.He also told me about the broccoli cheddar tots and the fried cookie dough. I purchased the chophouse combo with broccoli totsand a signature cherry limeade as well as the 2 for $5. In less than 10 minutes the screen notified me that Stephanie was on herway with my order. She got to my stall and was very friendly and smiling, greeted me and introduced herself then asked how myday was, she read my order back in full and gave me my total, I gave her the cash and she counted my change back correctlywithout even pausing to calculate in her head. She thanked me, wished me a wonderful weekend and said how they would enjoyseeing me back. I ate in my car before leaving and I was just so impressed with the all around service from ordering todelivery, quality and the precision of flavoring in my drink that I buzzed back for my carhop to come back, I asked her thename of the person that made my drink which was Tasha, I left a gracious tip for each of the 3 I was served by. I woulddefinitely recommend this particular Sonic to even my out of town friends and if you can remember the names of the people that Idealt with, I guarantee you will have a great experience! 9/10 times the experience here is horrible. Food takes FOREVER. Sometimes I go and they don?t even answer the speaker. Got a... lemonade slush today and once I poured the rest of it out, I realized there was mold on the inside/bottom of my cup!! Sonic, DOBETTER. Read more

The workers were on their phones. They couldn't hear my order from the stall screen. I switched to the app to order, instead... of the stall. It still took 15 minutes to get the four drinks I ordered. From seeing in the building window, it looked likethey forgot my drinks. One associate left the building. One drink was still wrong, when I finally received my drink order. Read more

Worst service ever! Went the other day and their card machine was apparently down and no one ever told me. I had waited 15+... minutes for my food for the lady to come out and tell me their card machine was down and be all mad because I didn?t have cash.Also Make sure to check your food before you leave! Went last night for drinks only drinks it took them 15min and still didn't have my drinks. They had one employee working and 5... sitting in the counter that we could see this is the second time this has happened. They need to get it together or hire betteremployees.
