The food is alright, but majority of the times I've been here lately, the work staff seems untrained and completely zoned out.... The kitchen staff walk around like zombies and no one seems to care about the customers. I'm convinced that these same staffmembers are the only ones running the store. My girlfriend and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat around 8 o' clock pm and wewere out at around 9:30 because apparently one of the workers forgot that we had placed an order in the first place. Wish I could give it zero stars. Was originally delivery. Recieved freezing cold food and incorrect order. Decided to get take... out immediately after. When I showed up to the restaurant, the workers were very rude. As soon as I made it to the window all Icould smell was Marijuana, and they all looked like they were sleep walking. Pitiful. By far the worst taco bell experience ever. First off, the lady accepting orders was clearly not happy to be working there. No... smile no thank you no receipt. When I asked if I could have mild sauce, I must have upset her. I didn't know that she'd alreadyput 20 hot sauce packets in the bag. Now for the food, I ordered a beefy stuffed burrito, the rice was very hard and theburrito was an absolute mess. I also ordered the 3 soft taco combo, where is the meat? At best, if I'd taken the meat from all3 I may have had enough meat for one of the soft tacos. Lastly, the floors are horribly dirty. Hopefully there is a way tocorrect the issues. The most TERRIBLE fast food I've ever had! We had ordered food that was well over 60$ and they forgot a few things. The lady who... had made the food was mad that they forgot the spicy double steak burrito to only get home and it was just ground meat, rice,sour cream and mainly tortilla! I don't know how they're doing their hiring there, but the whole staff needs to be retrained! Ora whole new staff! Could of spent that money elsewhere that is worth the money. This place is def not.
