My daughter and I went to Esmeralda's 2.0 for lunch today. Their food is excellent. We are from San Diego where Mexican food... is outstanding. Needless to say, Esmeralda's is definitely on par with what we get in San Diego. Their chips are actuallycorn chips instead of the flour chips you get everywhere else in Humboldt. Great experience from start to finish! The GM Tony is a gem to work with - thoughtful, detail oriented and customer focus. We... ordered 250 tacos and large family size side dishes for 90 guests. What can I say that hasn't already been said? This place is the best. That says a lot, too considering Humboldt has so many good... Mexican restaurants. I've been here dozens of times and the food has been perfect every time. Service is great.
