I love Casey?s! None of the stores will blow you away with cleanliness but they have all the stuffs you want and need! I love... their donuts and pizza!! Their rewards program is stellar! And they ALWAYS have my brand of sunflower seeds: Giants Dill Pickleflavor! Read more

How do I give them zero stars? Terrible customer service etiquette. Dont even talk to you unless its to ask if you have gas or... "if that is all" the manager isnt any better as far as attitude. All the employees wear miserable looks on their faces no matterthe time of day. Terrible place. Do not recommend. Food is always nasty (i.e. dry or hard) when left in the warmer, only time itis decent is when it is freshly made. Read more
I'm not one to complain about restaurants or fast food usually, but I feel this needed to be publicly addressed. The staff here?... Fantastic. Super friendly and empathetic. That being said, when ordering food you are charged fees that you as a consumer arenot made aware of. After trying for over an hour to order food, I had to reach out to my debit card company after being toldmultiple times that my card was declined due to insufficient funds. After talking to the CSR from PNC Bank, they explained thateven though the price that was being advertised to me online and over the phone was 25.65, I was being charged a "holding fee"of $5 that I was not only unaware of, but on closer inspection of my receipt and order summary, IS UNADVERTISED. I am not surehow long this has been a thing, but just thought I would throw this information out there so people would be aware they arebeing charged extra and not being told about (which in my opinion, is basically stealing from their customers)... Like I said,the food, atmosphere, and staff are extraordinary, and the staff didn't even know about the hidden fee, but I am not okay withbeing stolen from, and you shouldn't be okay with it either.
