How do I give them zero stars? Terrible customer service etiquette. Dont even talk to you unless its to ask if you have gas or... "if that is all" the manager isnt any better as far as attitude. All the employees wear miserable looks on their faces no matterthe time of day. Terrible place. Do not recommend. Food is always nasty (i.e. dry or hard) when left in the warmer, only time itis decent is when it is freshly made. Read more
I'm not one to complain about restaurants or fast food usually, but I feel this needed to be publicly addressed. The staff here?... Fantastic. Super friendly and empathetic. That being said, when ordering food you are charged fees that you as a consumer arenot made aware of. After trying for over an hour to order food, I had to reach out to my debit card company after being toldmultiple times that my card was declined due to insufficient funds. After talking to the CSR from PNC Bank, they explained thateven though the price that was being advertised to me online and over the phone was 25.65, I was being charged a "holding fee"of $5 that I was not only unaware of, but on closer inspection of my receipt and order summary, IS UNADVERTISED. I am not surehow long this has been a thing, but just thought I would throw this information out there so people would be aware they arebeing charged extra and not being told about (which in my opinion, is basically stealing from their customers)... Like I said,the food, atmosphere, and staff are extraordinary, and the staff didn't even know about the hidden fee, but I am not okay withbeing stolen from, and you shouldn't be okay with it either. Warmer pizzas are almost always dried out and cold at dinner time. 5-7pm. They don't follow health code or their own companies... rules about time stamping ALL WARMER FOOD. (Former employee at Fox Creek road location we received write ups for this and it isnot a location only policy) They donate whatever change you might have to whatever cause they are supporting without asking.(receipt # 1535267). Change might seem silly to you but I almost guarantee y'all were upset about that 19 cent gas taxincrease. And asking the morning staff for a pack of cigarettes or scratch off shouldn't come with huffing and puffing it's yourjob. When the food is hot it's good but it's only hot when it's not busy. Brooke makes the best pizza. Haven't seen her there in a while, hopefully she didn't quit. Other than that, food is hot and... fresh (normally), you just have to go around the busy breakfast/lunch/dinner times. Otherwise, naturally, the cheese will onthe pizza slices will be starting to dry out around 1:30-2:00 up until dinner hour. That's everywhere though. Read more
Couldn't be happier. Everyone I've encountered at this Casey's was friendly and helpful. They have had an issue with a... now-former employee a few months back; I do remember it. Yet, being a loyal customer, I've seen the improvements made and amquite pleased. Five stars all around, funniest cashiers anywhere. Also, order a "pizza sub" if you're willing to try it. Askfor extra pizza sauce, cheese, and whatever you like on your pizza. It's delicious, filling, and reasonably priced! :) Read more
